So I bought 2 pairs of trainers from this s**t company one pair came first a pair of Jordan 4 I have never seen a more fake pair of trainers in my life had been repainted and overpainted over the bubbles and wiped so the bubble was a clear with a white over paint the Jordan on the bottom was painted red and they had missed Jordan and painted parts of the sole I sent them back within an hour of receiving them I had to contact my bank because they had not refunded me when the trainers had been signed for 2 days later and this was in November so 3 weeks on and no refund the second pair arrived but I think are also fake but with the fook about sending them back I choose not to so please be aware in my opinion I wouldn’t buy anything from these selling fakes for top money disgusting trading standers should be checking there stock please don’t fall for it like I have

Order placed on 25th Nov and still no sign of the order 3 weeks later on the 16th Dec. Nothing takes 3 weeks to pick off a shelf in a warehouse. They don't have the products in stock but are still happy to take your money.

Where are my Jordans? These are a Christmas present and you have over £200 of my money. Please urgently provide an update. The shoes were ordered on 27/11. This is so wrong.

On the 27th of November I ordered a pair of air force 1 supreme. The order was declared unfulfilled on the 8th of December. I think that it took them quite a long time to check availability. The money was refunded on the 9th of December with no delays. I also received a discount code of 10% from KICK GAME for my next order.

Absolute diabolical company. DO NOT USE. Will confirm your order take your money then the only answer you will ever get is they are checking with the warehouse as a priority for despatch and then you will never hear from them again and will ignore you if you ask them to cancel and refund as clearly are a fraudster company

I made a purchase on November 27th and until now the purchase has not even been invoiced, they do this to use our money and then cancel the order and return the money.

Ordered a pair of shoes on this site and after a week of no contact and no shipment I emailed customer service. I was told they were checking where my order is with the warehouse, then 2 days later I got an email to notify me that my ordered has been cancelled. Really poor service a few weeks before Christmas. AVOID

Shoes are too expensive. Seen a retro Jordan 6 for £299 so placed an order, recieved confirmation that it was going to be shipped. Days later they sent an email of cancellation. They didn't explain why or anything. I emailed customer service to try to get to the bottom of it. I wanted to know what happened and why they cancelled the order without explanation. I checked the website and saw this was in stock but now at £649.99. Absolutely appalling, the level of extortion is just unbelievable. In the end after waiting long enough I recieved a reply to tell me there was a 'Glitch' with the price and that's why it was cancelled. So apparently £299 is not enough as it is for a pair of shoes. Wow just wow. Will definitely not be buying anything from here, especially at these ridiculous prices.

I have ordered a pair of Yeezy and 4 days later after i have paid and have received the confirmation that the pair was not available. I checked immediately the website and of course it was available but at +130€ from the price i had initially ordered. This is not a professional customer service. SO DISAPPOINTED. Still waiting for my refund

Total fraud. Did not receive the shoes I ordered and paid for and did not get my money back.
Will be reporting this to the police.

DO NOT BUY from this company or any stores. I honestly do not think that there goods are legit! I spent over £250.00 on a pair of Jordans for my son and when we got them home and inspected them more closly, they were ripped - not something you expect from such expensive shoes. They do not have a telephone number for any store and the one listed goes to god knows where, have sent these back as a cost to myself as company incapiable of sending a link with a FOC postage. Am in communication with them only via email and its painful and still trying to fight this. Am losing the will to live

*WORST EXPERIENCE*
Do not buy from Kick Game.
I placed an order for Jordan 1s (€349.99) on 4th April, I also emailed customer service on that day querying authenticity of products, to which I was reassured somewhat.

I received my order on 19th April much to my disappointment, the shoes were to a low standard with poor stitching (if I could attach photographs I would)! This made me sincerely doubt the authenticity to which I mailed customer service again.

Their response was petty, not acknowledging the problems raised, simply offering a discount or promo code with next order.

So the next challenge was returns !! On the website it notes free returns and a link is issued via mail (the link does not work) again when I queried with customer service team I received a lame response, to return parcel with tracked returns!! They wanted me to PAY.

Finally I was passed to someone else in the team who sent a DHL Express label. Now bear in mind, this label can only be used at DHL Express, no post office or DHL would accept which made it difficult as there are only 2 express locations in my region.

Anyway in summary, I would fully not recommend. If anyone knows of any genuine sneaker suppliers please let me know as I’m still on the lookout!!

I was only issued the DHL returns form AFTER I requested and AFTER I was told to return my package with tracked shipping.
