Esperienza top, ho sfruttato la possibilità di comprare anche alcune scarpe non presenti in magazzino tramite la capacità dei commessi del negozio di reperirle.
Sconsiglio però di comprare le scarpe online a meno che non ci sia l’opzione di ritirarle in negozio.

Ho ordinato online due sneakers per i miei figli e sono arrivate in pochissimo tempo. Consigliato 👌🏼

Ho ordinato un paio di sneakers online con ritiro presso lo store di Milano. In meno di 2 ore avevo sono potuto andarle a ritirare. Negozio bellissimo e con prezzi competitivi rispetto alla concorrenza

I’ve waited 12 days and it’s still on going for my delivery and it still hasn’t arrived probably the worst place to get your kicks from disappointed

It’s the fourth time I placed an order in Kickgame, unfortunately for the third time in a row, my order cannot be fulfilled. Again, there is no availability on the product I ordered although the products are still available on the site. They asked me to wait 7-14 days for finding the product from a supplier, obviously I asked for a refund. I hope I will receive my money back asap. Disappointment…

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Failed to supply the goods, failed to respond to my emails, scam company just look at the reviews very poor customer services says it all about a company that doesn't even list a phone number!!!!

Shocking company, woeful customer service AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Placed my order with kickgame on December the 4th, still have not received it. £405.00 on shoes, parcel missed it scans at the southall DPD Depot in london, upon contacting kick game they took 2 weeks to respond, when they did they launched an investigation with DPD (they said would take 7 working days) 10+ working days later no response. Got a response to say they have sent a claims for and I am still waiting for either a replacement pair or a refund. It has been over 3 months without my shoes that were supposed to be a Christmas gift. Absolutely no care for their customers at all, by far the worst customer service I’ve ever received from a company. I usually give companies and people the benefit of the doubt but this has gone on far too long and I’m out of pocket with no order. Disgusting!!

I don't even want to give 1 star! Ordered my daughter an essentials hoodie for Xmas but it was too small. Sent it back and got a response rejecting my refund, stating it violates their refund policy..... with a picture of someone else's product! The product i sent back (with evidence) was a pink essentials hoodie. The photo they sent rejecting the refund was a pair of blue shorts, and someone else's delivery note! I have been emailing since they rejected my refund and had no response. No phone number to speak to someone and terrible communication via email. If only they were as quick to refund as they were taking my money! Avoid this company at all costs!

Ordered trainer for xmas and they never got delivered. after 4 weeks of chasing customer service they have still not resolved and don't seem to care. BUY ELSEWHERE if you want to get what you paid for

I ordered a pair of Jordan 4 and when they arrived the box was absolutely smashed to pieces. I emailed them to notify them of this and they offered me 5% discount on the order and a future discount of 10%. I felt that wasn't a decent deal so sent them back the following day. Kickgame are now claiming I have worn them and have sent me pictures of dirt on the sole....I didn't even try them on!

they only respond to you once per day, you cant ring them, if you return the goods they will try everything to not give you your cash back.

Shocking customer service and knocking out very expensive deadstock in bad condition.

To be balanced I will say this as I have shopped with them for a while now, before they expanded out (Manchester etc) they were brilliant, and your product would be well handled etc and they were really quick to respond to you. I think they are struggling with scaling up, they are growing and these issues I think are down to growing too quick and not having the right structure in place, perhaps they will come back again for now though they look like a business rushed off their feet.

If I could put zero stars I would! Do not touch kick game . They have taken £375 out of my account for trainers ordered end of December. I tried to contact as had only had a confirmation email. No Reply at all. Then I had a text to say delivering. Received package inside there was no trainers just a note. It told me that if I couldn't provide a government photo Id. Utility bill for proof of address & a headshot of the cardholder within 2 days they would blacklist me from utting an order in , in the future!!!! I'm fuming. I had to verify the transaction with my bank when paying, they took my money & have sent NO trainers just a note.
Disgusting way to treat customers. No way will I be sending anything. I shall be demanding a refund & making sure everyone I know never gives this company the time of day.

Take your money but don’t send the items. I am still waiting for trainers I purchased for my daughter on the 28th December and still waiting, no updates nothing. They ignore every email you send as I have chased multiple times and nothing. Stay clear and don’t waste your money, go to laced if you want Jordan’s. Every online review is exactly the same.

and if i dont hear anything it will be posted all over tiktok i have over 270k followers and a lot of people need to be informed about this scam and stop ordering from here immeditaly i have also reporting this company to the police for scamming.

Kickgame don't offer refunds, only a gift card to make sure you spend with them... so I was spending the credit I had to spend on a pair of trainers. Placed this order on the 25th October, it is now 29th December and I never received the item.
After many emails of complaints I still haven't heard anything from them. I came on here to find that many customers have had the same experience. Will never use them again, they are diabolical and don't care about their customers.

ordered a pair of Military black jordan 4s as a Christmas gift for someone shoes took nearly 2 weeks to come, came just before Christmas. Box was ripped and falling apart opened it to check trainers they had no paper in nothing laces were open like somebody had worn them before, trainers had marks all over them and the front of the trainers were discoloured at the front, had them checked by a professional who deals with trainers and he’s said they were fake and not real Jordan’s and all the paint is coming off the trainers after cleaning them with proper trainer cleaner. KICK GAME ARE SELLING FAKE TRAINERS AND OVER PRICING PEOPLE!

Kick Game send message cancelling order just 2 days before Christmas (22nd of December), with confirmed order done 15th of December. It was unprofessional and made us to be in very not comfortable situation for Christmas. 10% discount as apologize is not making any change to this situation. I wouldn’t recommend to any of the person your shop.

So bad , customer service was non existent , refused to replace goods unless I paid for return costs , never answered emails , phone calls nothing , avoid.

I ordered 2 pairs of Nike sneakers. Got billed for both. One came !been e mailing no answer it was a xmas gift .very disappointed!!! Waiting for an answer.
