I ordered a pair of Asics trainers to then receive a hoodie. I was informed I need to return the hoodie which I did a couple days after receiving. This was returned on August 11th to which I have not received a reply since and am still without the product I wanted.

Very disappointed with my experience with KICK Game. I placed an order on 1st August (Order #533977), and I still haven’t received my order.

I have already contacted customer service to request a refund, as the order has not been delivered. I was told that another department would get back to me, but it has now been several days and I still haven’t received my refund or any further update.

The money has been taken from my account, yet I have neither received my purchase nor had my refund processed. The lack of communication has been extremely frustrating.

I would appreciate this being resolved as soon as possible. Order #533977.

I ordered a essentials ss22 full black tracksuit from kick game while the initial process was fine and I received my product within 2 days, the zip lock bag that held my hoodie was already open and damage missing a zip lock this could be because it was a retuned item however as I’ve paid £270 for this surely they should check the condition of returned products, due to the bag being open it had allowed quite a bit of dust and white stuff to attach onto the hoodie . After reading some of these comments I have decided to send my tracksuit for a formal authenticity check as I’ve seen a few comments stating they received fake ones.

Bought two essentials hoodies. Both fake. Tried to reach out to customer service on every platform only to be ignored. DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!!!!!

Sold a pair of Jordan 4's in January 2025. Shipped them to KickGame using their label and they have been lost in transit. I emailed them pretty quick when I realised there was no movement on the package in order for them to contact DPD. No response received. I've then sent a further 3 emails over the course of 4 months and sent around 8 messages on IG. No response at all. Im currently owed £169 for the trainers that I sold and shipped and there is no way to get the funds or even a response from them. Its just an awful company to deal with when it comes to customer service.

Extremely Poor customer service! wont refund a return as sellotape was on outer box! never heard of anything so ridiculous........ now refusing to refund me the £150 I paid in good faith size was wrong so returned in same condition with original box and packaging there saying not following their return policy

BEWARE THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS!! Do NOT buy or sell to this establishment, the front end and marketing of these guys are great but the back end is dark and slimy!! I’ve sold to these guys 2 months ago and not 1 PENNY has touched my account. They said they’ll send my payment within 2 weeks and it’s been 2 months and they are actively ignoring my messages!!! Disgusting behaviour if you’re planing on selling , DO NOT and if you’re planning on buying DO NOT! You can see how they operate. Go to a competitor there’s so many at cheaper rates with better customer service!

I sold to them 1 month ago and they still have not given my pay-out, they have been airing my emails, Instagram dms, and twitter messages!!! Horrible company, shitty customer service and they don't pay-out on time!!! Avoid at all costs, buy/sell from stockx rather than dealing with their bs.

Honesly worst service i have ever experienced, I bought a Dark oatmeal essentials hoodie on the 15 of December for my daughters christmas present. I also payed 150 pound plus 10 pound with express shipping. And it is now the 30th of December and its still not here, i really recommend not to buy from kick game. I have emailed them countless of times (13 to be exact) and i have been ignored everytime. Please dont buy from this company horrible service,Horrible company not happy at all! 🤬🤬

Placed an order early December, really expensive pair of trainers. Sent us an email that they have been shipped but DPD never received our item. We have been emailing for multiple days now to no avail. Really poor customer service.

Ordered 2nd December(policy says Standard Delivery (3 - 8 Business Days) and have emailed since still no replies or sign of T-shirt ordered.
£120 will now chase refund be very careful as the customer services seem very poor

Still no one try to contact me and pay me my money!!!

I want to share a very bad experience with that company!
I was scammed for a sum of £3,072 by them .
In August of 2023 I sold a consignment of 11 pairs of shoes. Most of which were expensive. It’s been a year now & non of these 11 pairs were ever paid to me.
I attempted to contact them many times through instagram , emailed customer service, & even went to their London store twice & I was sent back with nothing. No help at all.
I had couple of responses a few months ago. The last being in May through email telling me to wait & be patient !
I’ve been waiting a year already & they still haven’t paid me & keep telling me to wait. What a JOKE !

They are active on instagram every day
Inviting YouTubers or Celebrities to their store but can’t paid me the money they owe??

This is a frivolous Company using peoples’ money from the sales for their own purposes !

Avoid to sell to them if You don’t want to be SCAMMED like me !!!
I don’t know who is responsible for all that right now so let’s bring some names to the front,..

AWFUL experience. They are truly the worst company for customer service. I have had to chase 2 months for a refund and they still will not accept a return I have attempted to make several times.

Ordered a Playstation Portal but order has not been received. Contacted customer service but always said it will be arriving — but has not.

If I could give 0 stars I would.I ordered and paid for a pair of trainers on the 2nd of December I didn’t receive NO trainers but received an email advising there was a stock discrepancy and they where no longer in stock.Ive asked for a refund on several occasions and I’m still waiting I’ve just been given bare EXCUSES.
AVOID THIS COMPANY like the plague I would NEVER BUY ANYTHING or recommend this company to anybody.!!!

Acquistato un paio di scarpe per natale, dove mi era stato detto che si potevano cambiare oltre un mese e più. Ho detto “uau, che gentilezza, davvero ottimo”, la fregatura dove stava? NEGOZIO CHIUSO DEFINITIVAMENTE. dunque dunque mi domando, vi sembra una cosa corretta in quanto io ora mi ritrovo un paio di scarpe inutilizzabili in quanto il numero è molto più piccolo del mio, quindi solo soldi buttati!
