I would not recommend anyone to buy from this company!!
I ordered Air Jordan 4Reto red thunder costing £500 for my sons birthday in October they arrived a month late and with outside the gift box, as anyone knows who are into Jordan’s these trainers you wouldn’t wear on a daily basis as they are expensive.
My son has worn his a handful of times and noticed the seams and stitching area turning white.
I took photos of the trainers and sent to Kick game, they replied, and told me it was not their problem and to take them to a shoe repaint shop.

I noted to them that these were brand-new trainers , they should by law have a warranty!
So these trainers should be sent back and inspected, again I was told it is not their problem and that they could not return them back to the manufacturer who supplies kick game.
I then said, well can you send me proof of authenticity that these trainers are legit ..

The reply I received was ..
As we operate on a consignment basis, we do not hold warranty or replacement for our products
Apologies we are not able to provide further assistance.

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS APPALLING
THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND CLEARLY SELLING QUESTIONABLE GOODS.

I ordered on 24th December 2023 I still haven’t received my order or a refund I’m writing this on the 9th of January 2024

I ordered a PlayStation portal for Christmas, after seeing the reviews was really worried and emailed them a few times. They told me they are working to dispatch items as soon as possible and would update me if there was any issues. I placed the order on 1st December and it has arrived today, in 5 working days. I’m happy with the service I got!

Placed an order with Kickgame on 15th October (£330) but they did not fulfil the delivery date and advised they did not have stock of the trainers I ordered.

Emailed by automated non existent head of customer service Chris to ask if i would like a refund to which i confirmed I would as I was now out of the country and no longer required the order. Two days later get an email to say the order has been dispatched and is on way for delivery. Questioned robot Chris about this as I had already confirmed to cancel the order as they didn't have the stock, the robot was apologetic but said the order had been dispatched.

Delivery date recieved which was whilst I was still out of the country, I advised them of this and they said the order would be returned to them and a refund issued (this still has not happened).

Returned from overseas on 8th November, the order could not be picked up from courier depot after 1st November but Kickgame claim the order had not been sent back to them.

Chased my refund again and apparently the courier still hadn't returned the order to kick game (obviously not my problem) but they still refused to refund my money so I have no trainers or £330 after 15 or so emails.

Get an email today to say the courier (their selected partner) had returned the parcel but it is empty( again not my problem as I have never seen, held, touched or been in contact with the parcel) Kickgame are still refusing to refund my money and have launched an investigation with the courier team.

If you value your hard earned money and sanity I would advise you to avoid Kickgame at all cost they are nothing more than resellers of stock they do not even possess and will withold you money even when they cannot fulfil an order. Kat and Chris the robot staff are not real people and they simply communicate via these alias' to make it feels as though your issues are being escalated.

I personally will be reporting them to trading standards and have given them 24hrs to get a manager to contact me after which point I will be raising a chargeback with my bank to ensure the funds are returned.

If you cannot see it, do not buy it that is my advice, you will not be able to speak to anyone and will wait days for responses via email. Anything promised in email will not be followed through so buy at your own risk.

Don’t order online!! Seems like a common occurrence where they take your money and then refund days later claiming the order was “suspicious” perhaps they do this to make interest on the money with no intention of shipping the item in the first place. Reading other reviews this seem highly likely. Will be reporting to some form of trading standards to investigate and stop them doing this to other customers, potentially ruining birthday presents and with Christmas coming up, that too.

Rubbish in rhe refund dept I'm on my 9th day waiting for my refund they received my returns on the 9th still waiting apparently it takes 10 days load if rubbish I sent a parcel back to amazon yest refund in my bank today absolutely disgusting

Do not order online.. Absolutely useless! Paid for express shipping (next day delivery), 5 days later, still nothing, no confirmation of postage, no response to my email.
