I ordered a pair of air Jordan 4 thunder 2023s and when I saw the reviews I got so scared they wouldn't show up but they did in 4 bissnes days and in realy good condition amazing service love it

Ordered a pair of Jordan 1s lost and found on june 25th. Said it was gonna take approximativt 5-7 working days. After almost 2 weeks of whole lot of nothing, I decide to shoot an email. To which I get a reply from a guy named Chris assuring me that They are working on my order. Another 2 weeks passes and nothing. Then all of a sudden I receive an email where They are blaming ”stock discrepancy” after that I demanded a refund. Today is August 8th and I still havent received my money back or any sneakers. Guys just do yourself a favor and stay away from ordering. Possibly the worst customer service i have dealt with.

Sold a pair of shoes on their platform - after they received the shoes they informed me by email the shoes are the wrong size - they didn’t say which size the authenticator said the shoes are. I have pictures I took before sending the shoes to them that show them to in fact be the correct size. I didn’t receive a response to my email (kickgame say they respond within 3 days, I’ve waited weeks now). In the same email they ask for £5.99 to be paid through PayPal to have the shoes returned which I paid promptly. Two weeks on and I have still not received the shoes or any further communication regarding the money I paid for the return of my shoes, or clarification on what size the authenticator said the shoes are. Looks like they’ve stolen the shoes or they did in fact sell them after all but they don’t want to pay me…

Simultaneously they shutdown my account, meaning I cannot access the sold history and any other info related to the pair of shoes I sent them, I had no previous history of ‘incorrect sizes’ or ‘rejections’ - with one previous successful sale many months ago which they took about 3-4 weeks to send the money to me for. Other platforms take a few days only.

This isn’t the way to run a business.

Multiple follow up emails have gone unanswered. Have reported them to trading standards.

Buyers and sellers beware.
