KHP Recenzje

We had a really tricky sale at times and were fortunate that despite any adversity face, we had the lovely Julie on side to help, above and beyond her duties and often on her days off! It was down to her and the team, Georgie and Sidney we got there in the end. Thank you all!

Have lived in Kings Hill for 20 years and have celebrated 3 successful home sales and 3 successful purchases with KHP. For this most recent sale and purchase, we initially when to another agent (not sure why). 4 days after coming back to KHP we were STC.
We had a complex, long chain and grateful to the KHP team for keeping the chain together.

Excellent service - responsive, proactive and knowledgeable.

KHP Paddock wood team. I would like to say a big thank you to the team at Paddock wood. They dealt with my sale with the upmost support and professional assistance to the highest standards through out the process. I would highly recommend KHP and I would definitely use them again in the future.

Fantastic service from Be Chapman at KHP. She really took the time to understand what kind of property we were looking for. She then gave us completely honest appraisals of the properties on offer and whenever something suitable would come up, she would made sure we had the details asap. Her opinion on the price of properties was spot on and always very sensible. She made house hunting unusually enjoyable and I would happily recommend her services to anyone in the market.

We had really good attention from everybody in KHP, especially Georgie which from the first viewing he really was interested in finding a nice house for us!!!
We are really thankful for the job they do! We totally recommend them!
Marcela and Julien

Kings Hill Properties provided exceptional service during the challenging sale of my mother’s property in Sandow Place. From the outset, the team demonstrated outstanding professionalism and sensitivity, particularly when managing viewings, as my mother was relatively housebound. They ensured her comfort was always prioritised while successfully navigating the complexities of re-marketing the property after the collapse of an earlier sale chain.
Despite a lengthy delay in progressing the sale caused by legal queries between solicitors, the team’s proactive approach truly stood out. They worked tirelessly to liaise with all parties involved, ensuring continuous progress despite the frustrations that such a delay could bring. Their empathy and understanding of my mother’s condition added a personal and compassionate touch that made a challenging situation far easier to endure.
Thanks to their unwavering dedication and expertise, we were able to complete the sale successfully. I am deeply grateful to everyone at Kings Hill Properties who played a role in this journey. Their reliability, care, and exceptional level of service make them a standout estate agency, and I would wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone seeking a trustworthy and compassionate team.

From first listing the property we were kept fully up to date on progress. Once we had an acceptable offer we had regular updates on progression of the sale. Special thanks go to Leo for his attention and good natured humour during the final weeks leading up to the Sale.
A professional and attentive estate agents

KHP gave excellent customer service. Tilly was particularly helpful. I made numerous visits to the property, asked lots of questions and Tilly was always extremely helpful. Thanks for the support.

We chose KHP as their knowledge of the area of Allington was excellent and we feel that this stood out from other agents. Sarah went above and beyond with our buyers, being new to the area.

Georgie and Julie were fabulous from start to finish with the sale of our property on kings hill.

Would 100% recommend to anyone, and I would definitely use again in the future.

Thanks again guys!

KHP were easy to deal with throughout the whole transaction of selling our house and buying our new one.

Communication was always excellent!!

KHP West Malling were exceptional when we were both selling and buying through them. It was a long process with a very slow market but they secured us a buyer with excellent advice all the way through. Where they really came into their own was after this at the sale progression stage. I can’t stress enough how wonderful the support was from Megan who was firmly in our corner and really managed the process. I confess it’s a side of estate agency I hadn’t given much thought to before but give that girl a medal she got it over the line and was a total pleasure throughout even on the most stressful days. Would wholeheartedly recommend.

I bought a house through KHP 8 years ago, their service was excellent
I have recently sold the house recommend them to anyone that wants good quality service who go over and beyond to ensure everything goes well
Special thanks to Julie and Tony

All of the team at KHP Snodland we’re brilliant, we mainly dealt with Abbie and Megan who were always so helpful and prompt at getting things chased for us, from the moment we put our house on the market with them and explained we were wanting it to sell quickly as we had bought another house already they did everything they could to get it sold for us and managed to find a buyer within 2 weeks, they had great communication and kept us updated regularly, i would definitely use them again

I sold my flat and purchased a house with KHP and couldn’t recommend them more! The communication and professionalism was excellent and they stayed on top of everything at all times, keeping me in the loop and chasing things up. I can’t thank the staff enough for all they have done to make buying and selling as smooth as possible.

An absolutely amazing company to use. The office manager and staff have been so helpful in finding me suitable tenant for my cottage in Westmalling. I can't thank them enough for making my journey with them so straight forward . Nothing has been to much trouble.

The team at KHP were all really professional but went the extra mile and answered all my questions and went out of their way to be supportive and helpful, making my move a really positive experience.

Have recently sold my property through the West Malling branch of KHP and wanted to thank Megan, Louise and the rest of the team there for all their help in getting this done. They were professional throughout, very helpful and always there as and when needed, with excellent communication throughout the process. Wouldn't hesitate to use again and would recommend.
