We met Leo to show us around a property at King’s Hill. What a professional and charming man he is. He showed us around and gave us space to view the property but always on hand to answer questions. KHP are very well organised and the whole experience was excellent.

Khp Allington came out to give me a property valuation a while ago, they were affective and easy to speak to over the phone, and the lady I met with at the valuation was lovely, when I plan to sell my home I will definitely be using Khp.

I wanted to thank you for the excellent service that the staff at KHP in Kings Hill have given. We were particularly impressed with how fantastic Leo has been throughout the process. My buyers wanted a speedy completion and this has come about, to a large extent, thanks to Leo. He has been incredibly diligent in liaising with the solicitors on both sides, together with the buyer and me. He has also shown great diligence in keeping the lines of communication open and pushing the sale through. Leo has always returned calls when asked, which has been hugely helpful and is not as common as you would hope. He has also remained focussed and pleasant to deal with throughout.

Leo is a real asset to the KHP team and has given the best service that we have seen from an estate agent.

The selling of my property wasn't the quickest or easiest and KHP were out 2nd agent but the persistence of Georgie and other staff at KHP should be commended, they always kept me informed of feedback and what was going on even though it wasn't always positive.

And albeit we took a while to sell we also bought our new property through them as well so it almost feels as though maybe it was supposed to take a little longer so we got the property we have now.

100% would use again without even looking at other Agents

Throughout my house sale, Georgia has been extremely helpful and very responsive to all correspondence and queries. Even when difficulties and delays were faced, she went over and above to ensure all parties were informed, and kept the sale on track and through to completion.

Had a valuation through KHP a couple weeks ago via the allington branch, everyone was helpful and understanding of my situation, even though i have decided to not sell my property at its current stage if i was to do so i would definitely choose country homes.

I have dealt with many estate agents in the past but the service I received from Sara during the appraisal of my house superceded them all. She is professional but at the same time, has an excellent human touch. I feel well informed and equipped to make a decision regarding the sale. She is an asset to KHP. Thank you.

Conscientious, attentive service with amazing communication and a super-fast sale. I had to sell my late father’s house through probate which I honestly thought was going to be a nightmare (on top of all the other challenges that go with a relative passing). But Louise, Toby, Natalia and Denise were fantastic, all playing their part in the listing, sale and progression to completion. I’ve bought and sold before and found it to be the worst, but these guys were genuinely the best! Would recommend to anyone.

After trying other estate agents in the area to sell my property that over promised and definitely under delivered, i was recommended to give Kings Hill Country Homes, West Malling a try. The lovely Louise came and valued my property and very quickly had my house on the market.
