We put our house on the market and we’re a bit concerned the asking price was a bit too much but Nik the manager assured us our house was at the right price . Brad and Julie kept us fully up to date with every booking and enquiry re our house and Brad accompanied any visitors to our house
( much more professional than the the numerous estate agents we used to view houses in our search for a property )
Within 3 days and numerous phone calls from Brad we had a number of bids for our house well in excess of the asking price, we have now exchanged with no issues and would Recomend KHP to get the maximum price for your house as they really do know the market especially with professional anf friendly support from Brad and Julie

We were with another large estate agent in the area and didn't get a single viewing in 5 months, even deciding to drop the asking price to try and help generate interest.
We change to KHP and within a month of being with them they had arranged around 10 viewings and accepted an offer at the original asking price.

As a buyer of a new build property sold by KHP I found the team at the West Malling office fantastic. Responsive, helpful and a delight to deal with. A special mention must go to Georgia who was always so pleasant on the phone and never made me feel like I was being a nuisance with all my questions! Also, to Caroline who was informative, helpful and accommodating. I would recommend KHP WM without reservation.

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish from all of the team at the Snodland branch.
Unfortunately our sale fell through due to dishonesty from an estate agent further down the chain. This just made us realise what a gem KHP are. They go above and beyond expectations and when we decide to relist our property we will have no hesitation to use KHP again.

Caroline from the West Malling branch deserves a special mention. Patient, calm, communicative, friendly and empathetic – everything you need at the sales progression stage to keep the chain moving and avoid things falling through. I would say she saved the day a few times! You’re in good hands if she’s taking care of you.

Superb service from KHP, Snodland. Made initial enquiry about selling my property, and within 2 days Jack was round for a valuation and was very professional and wasn’t pushy at all (like most). Gave us time to think about options and for us, in the end, it was a no brainier to go with them! Property sold in a matter of days for the exact price we were advised on. I felt KHP staff are very blasé. Right from the beginning the communication was very difficult. I had to ring the KHP offices several times to request an application form for the property I was interested in renting. Even though I was told that it would be sent the day before. I had call KHP three times on the same morning before the form even materialised. I also lied to by one of the agents that I spoke to, this person said “i am really sorry the email has not come through to you.”
He said “I thought your email ended in gmail.com and not googlemail.com”. 😂

At this juncture I was merely exercising my rights out of principle because it was quite evident that no one at KHP genuinely wanted to help me. The lasting impression left on me is to only work with businesses who act professionally and make clients feel welcome.

I was told the landlord of the place I wanted to rent rejected my application because they are seeking a non-guarantor tenant 🤪😂

FYI-
Ive been a private tenant for past three years without any issues whatsoever. No late or missed payments, Good relationship with all the neighbours and flat is maintained to high standard. Moreover my guarantor owns multiple properties and have an Income of around 150k/year not to mention the excellent credit history. This person has also been my guarantor for past three years.

I cannot recommend the team in the Snodland office highly enough - with a special mention to Caitlin and Jack who have been highly professional throughout. Communication was always excellent and any queries were always dealt with promptly and successfully. If you want an agent who is going to work hard for you, either buying or selling, then I would urge you to use KHP.

From valuation, viewings and finally the sale of our property through KHP, we couldn't be more pleased with the service we've received from Be and team at KHP. They have been professional, friendly and responsive consistently throughout the sale process and kept us informed of progress throughout. I thoroughly endorse the team at Kings Hill specifically, but not exclusively, Nick, Be, Julie and Brad for all the work they did marketing and selling our property.
I was of the view, with the advent of RightMove et al, that all Estate Agents were much of a muchness.
KHP have completely changed my opinion.
I first met Be at the Kings Hill office one Saturday in October and, unbeknown to her, overheard (and was very impressed with) her side of the conversation she was having with someone who had viewed a property on your books. We then had a “frank” discussion where she advised me that our existing agent were definitely not the best agent for our property! This prompted a meeting with Nick a few days later. We felt very comfortable with his approach and suggestions.
It definitely felt that KHP were different and not at all the same!
The timeline from signing with KHP to receiving an offer was 2 weeks. The time from offer to exchange was just under 12 weeks, which I believe is quite good in the current situation, but seemed almost interminable to us! Throughout the process Julie was great, keeping me informed and putting up with my continual updates! I definitely felt that she had our backs, very reassuring.
We finally completed, 15 weeks from accepting the offer.

Again they excelled with their service and back up in what is such a stressful process! No false promises just to pacify, but straight talk and ensuring expectations were kept in check! We have just purchased our house through your Snodland branch and from the beginning all the staff were lovely when facilitating viewings. Once we decided to purchase Emily Hobbs became our contact.

Now our experience of moving has been very stressful, we sold our shared ownership property through Urban Moves and found the staff and Managing Director to be rude, arrogant and didn’t care about me and my family whatsoever despite that fact we were paying their bill. They didn’t want to fight for us when it meant making us homeless to save the house chain. They only cared about the buyer.

as someone that suffers with anxiety I needed to be updated throughout the process. My solicitor wasn’t brilliant, urban moves were awful but you’ll be pleased to hear Emily was fantastic.
Emily Hobbs was a godsend throughout the whole process.
She not only kept us updated but also went beyond expectations and on occasions phoned solicitors and my estate agent to try and find out what was going on on a number of occasions.
We felt that she actually treated us like human beings rather than just another sale. I do not know if she works on commission but she did not give me an impression she was. She was caring and sympathetic and although she probably got annoyed with the amount of times we contacted her she never presented herself that way.

Not only will we be recommending KHP to all our family and friends but if/when we decide to move again we have not reservations about who we will use.

We just wanted to say a massive thank you as if it wasn’t for her we wouldn’t have moved before Xmas and likely that the chain would have collapsed and we may have lost this house.
