The return policy is completely misleading.

I just attempted to return a product because I found it from much cheaper somewhere else and they said we only accept returns if we sent the wrong thing despite that not being what is stated on their website

I wouldn’t trust this site at all.

I needed to return an item. There was no paperwork in the box with the order number or return address. The customer service phone line has a recording saying they will return the call within 48 hours. No. Not acceptable. I then contacted by email asking for the return address. A semi-literate response asked why I had to return the item, but no address. Finally after threatening to dispute the charge, I got an address. Return shipping was at my expense and they had the audacity to ask ME for the order number and tracking. Terrible company. Never again.

Total scam. They never send anything. I should've checked reviews before trying this website.

I placed an order on 5/23, but I never received it. Still nothing on 6/10. So, I sent an email inquiry, but I didn’t get a response. I sent another email demanding that the order be deleted, but I still didn’t get a response. Frustrated, I went to my credit card company and disputed the charge. The credit card company reversed the charge, and finally, I received an email from the company stating that they were sending my product. However, I responded that it was too late and that I wanted to cancel the order. Now, they’ve sent another email asking me to cancel my credit card inquiry. They promised to send me a refund, but I’m not convinced.

Placed an order 05/20/2025, still have not received order as of 06/09/25. No updates, hasn't even been shipped yet. Don't waste your time with this company, source your products elsewhere.

I purchased a Treasure X Mega Shark Dissection for $50 and received the purchase confirmation. The next day they cancelled my order, gave me a refund, and put the item for sale for $190!! Left my boy very sad.

They sent me the wrong order. I ordered 2 cover girl soft honey face powder. They sent me the invisible version of it. I don't like that version. It leaves a white film on my face. I tried calling and got voice-mail. I'll try calling again, very disappointed 😞

They sent me the wrong product and charged me for
what I ordered, which was more expensive. I sent them a picture of the product, per their request. Still they insist they sent me the correct product. My order number showed that they did not send me the correct product. They are dishonest and are involved with scamming their customers.

Sent email, called and never received a response. Terrible (nonexistent) customer service.

1. Took forever to receive 2. CHEAP 3. Instructions look like a child wrote them.

I ordered back in October 2024, and have sent multiple follow up emails and I am yet to receive my product, and it is now May 2025. They barely respond to emails, only responded to me once, they don’t take accountability, and in the end you never receive what you ordered from them. Stay away from this company as they’re truly just good at scamming people out of their hard earned money.

I tried calling the phone contact number on their website, but I received a recorded voice saying no one was available and they were not answering calls. The product shown on their site looked suspicious and the label did not look exactly like the authentic label. They look like a fake site and might just take your $$$, so I would avoid using them.

I placed an order at the beginning of February. I never got it. I sent an email got a response now. No response at all can find a phone number on this company. And I basically was scammed, this place should not be in business, they're scam artists,

Very very slow shipping don’t really know why?? It really sucks to wait for a single item for 2-3 weeks. The worst ever experience

Ordered advent calendar, they charged my card then said it was out of stock. No refund after requesting twice. Luckily it was less than $50 but I call this stealing....

I wish I would have read these reviews before I placed an order! Total scam site.
I received my shipment 2 weeks after ordering. When it was received, I didn’t open box, contacted customer service that I was returning the 2 items- in an unopened shipping box. Doctor advised not to use product- my reason for returning. And they said non returnable! I did not see this printed anywhere nor in small print!

I placed an order with them, promptly cancelled the order, they sent the item anyways (claiming they "made me an offer" I didn't respond to), and are now trying to get me to foot the bill to send it back. F this place, they are a total scam.

I am actually SO mortified to even write this review as in my 57 years on this planet....i have NEVER written a negative review! This company is not honest and has zero transparency. I ordered from their site a specific, very hard to come by product. I was so happy I found it that I paid TRIPLE the price it used to sell for. Weeks and weeks went by and each time I emailed them, they said it was on its way. Finally, a box arrived- it was NOT the product as described and there were 2 of the WRONG products instead of the 3 I ordered. I am so disappointed in their costumer service as they also lied to amex and told them I never contacted them. I contacted them CONSTANTLY

If I could give zero stars I would. It took a month for them to even ship out the product I ordered. I still have not even received the product which I ordered in October. They are not helpful and rude via email. I was told I would get a partial refund on my order due to the delay in shipping however I had to chase that up. After asking them multiple times for help with my order I still have not received it nor do I have information about it. Tracking shows it has arrived in Australia but it has not been sent to me. They said they would follow it up for me but did not.

I ordered two different colours of lash tint. The box said one colour and the description said another so I wrote a note clarifying what I wanted. They sent two of the same colour. Also, I was charged 13$ shipping and then there was a $36.51 UPS charge on top of that, more than half the cost of the items. I contacted customer service and nothing was done. I sent them a copy of their return policy: Incorrect Product Received: If you receive an incorrect product, contact us, and we will arrange the return costs and ensure you receive the correct product.
Note: After this review they sent a refund.
