Didn't realize this place was in a muslim majid or whatever it's called...explains a lot.

Never received order, “not in stock”. I asked for refund after 3 months and have had no reply in 2 weeks after3 tries.

They don't care about you. They only want your money. I had issues with my shipping address and they don't even try to resolve things. They dont offer resolutions. Liars! Once they get your money, you're done! They would not try to help you out! They are sooo Soo rude too. So unprofessional. Poor customer service!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEIR WEBSITE.

I ordered an advent calenda from KateMinimalist. It arrived late and 10 days of the calendar are EMPTY!!!

I would put zero stars if I could. It took them 2 months to send me the wrong product. Very poor customer service from someone names Kyle when trying to return as they do not accept returns even though they market like their site like they do. Its only if product is damaged so be aware of that. Judging by the time it took for the product to get to me it tells me they are just ordering it through another retailer for cheaper and then reselling it. I ended up finding it from other site for cheaper after waiting for weeks and got the same product quicker. I would look elsewhere to get the same product before buying from here.

I bought some Mam coffee on Black Friday at a price that is comparable to what I pay for 5lbs. I placed my order believing I was ordering 5 lbs but upon receipt only received .5lbs. I contacted the company to let them know that this was a mistake and I’d like my money back and they said that they don’t return on the basis of me changing my mind. I told them that I didn’t change my mind but that they misrepresented the product which I buy all the time. They were rude in their email and I just find this whole company distasteful and sketchy. Definitely not above board. Buyer beware. Don’t trust this company. I’ve since read other similar reviews. I will NEVER use this company again and I will tell all of my friends about them as well. Hope this helps someone before they get the ripped off.

First, they falsely advertised what the product was. I ordered beta glucan 85%, and I received beta glucan 70%.
Second, they charge triple what Amazon charged for the same brand of beta glucan 70%, and I could’ve ordered on Amazon and received next day. Instead, this company took WEEKS to ship the product, then took 10 business days for delivery after it was shipped, only to discover the product label did not match the description on the website.
Third, upon requesting to return product, the rep got back to me offering a 20% refund in exchange for keeping the product. I explained I have no use for the product and would like to return for a refund. I then never heard back from the company.

So, this company is more expensive, slower, lies about the product, and offers poor customer service.

Next time I will just order from Amazon and save the headache.

My experience with Kate Minimalist has been an absolute nightmare, marked by incompetence, dishonesty, and appalling customer service. I placed an order for two 1,000 mg bags of L-Tyrosine, paying $134.08, only to receive one correct item and one 500 mg bag—a cheaper product that was half the strength and value of what I ordered. Despite repeated assurances, the company failed to rectify their mistake, sending another incorrect 500 mg bag as a replacement.

For months, I’ve been stuck in an endless loop of unprofessional back-and-forth emails, during which Kate Minimalist has done everything possible to avoid issuing a refund for their blatant errors. I provided photographic evidence, proof of the returned item, and explained their mistakes multiple times, yet they’ve refused to take accountability. Their so-called "30-day satisfaction guarantee" is nothing more than an excuse to deny legitimate claims, even when their own incompetence is to blame.

To add insult to injury, I’ve been offered laughable “discounts” on future purchases instead of the refund I’m owed for their bait-and-switch tactics. The customer service is dismissive, repetitive, and entirely unwilling to resolve the issue in good faith.

This company does not honor its commitments, cannot fulfill orders correctly, and clearly lacks any sense of responsibility to its customers. Avoid them at all costs if you value your time, money, and sanity. I will be filing a claim in small claims court and reporting their fraudulent practices to the Better Business Bureau, Trustpilot, Google, and any other platform necessary to warn others.

Kate Minimalist’s business practices are unethical, and their customer service is a disaster. One star is too generous.

I placed an order on October 12, 2024. I was told it may take up to 20 business days to arrive. I still have not received my purchase. In fact it has not even shipped yet. My bank red flagged this business as fraudulent. I have now requested a full refund for the 2nd time. Do not order anything from this company. I am going to report them to the BBB.

My experience with this company has been nothing less than a “horror show”!! They have managed to drag out a rtnd product for over 7 weeks. They charged double what more reliable companies did, took them 3 wks to get it picked up & then notified me it had been picked up in 2 emails 4 days apart. Incidentally, the 1st was sent hours AFTER I cancelled the order. In 78 1/2 yrs I have not ever experienced the disregard this company has for customer satisfaction….which they appear to use as a claim to fame!! Will not ever deal with them again, & suggest that if you are considering an order…do your due diligence.

I ordered two pieces of door hardware. Immediately released a mistake I made and immediately called customer service-probably a minute after making the mistake. Left order number phone number and explained the product just wouldn't work. The message said someone would get back to me. Well, they shipped the items and when received, i again contacted customer service. Their response was basically "too bad".

I will certainly never do business with them again, and I would urge caution if you decide to move forward.

Don't buy from this company it is a scam! Selling fake products made in China. The original product is made in USA. They just copied the package. It's not the same size nor smell. Don't buy this cimoany

Sent wrong size of product ordered, after weeks of delays. Then refused to ship the correctly sized item until the got the return. Their customer service is horrible and you can expect 48 hour delays on responses. Steer clear

Package showed 3 and was priced as a pack of 3 they are 40.00 each i was charged 170 w shipping for 1 i contacted her and said i was not happy and return it, I was told we don't accept returns.

Ordered shower bidet on 30 September 2024. Today is 13 October and the time is still not shipped. I have emailed several times to obtain tracking to be told once it ships that information will be shared. I finally ask to cancel this order and I am informed that this order is in the final stages of preparation and can not be cancelled.
I state that I will be returning it and they do not accept returns.

This is the epitome of horrible customer service and the reason why large businesses like Amazon, Walmart and Target are successful.
I will never shop there again!

Ordered the adult bibs with jewelry printed on them and I am very disappointed! These were the ugliest, cheapest quality merchandise I have ever ordered. Doesn't look like anything in the pics.

They shipped me the wrong item and, when contacted, promised to properly fulfill the order promptly. Several weeks passed. I asked for return mailing label and a full refund as I no longer had confidence in their ability to fulfill the order. They said to be patient. TWO MONTHS passed and when I asked again for a refund and shipping label, they said the 30 day return window had passed! Unacceptable customer service and empty promises.

This company is fake don’t spend your money on any facial products it’s fake and you would be disappointed as I spent £50.00 and it was fake and you won’t get refund save your money
