Usually I’m pretty on top of where I order from, this time I let slip because the site seemed decent. My mistake.
I ordered a rather expensive lash serum, and was totally sent a complete fraudulent fake item. Upon emailing them, they rudely said no refunds. They are a complete scam. I was sold a $100 item that I can’t even use.

FRAUD! If I could leave zero stars I would. This website is deceptive and violates most US state laws on online selling. They lie and make up reasons for not issuing a return on unopened items despite their return policy stating 30 day returns accepted. They try and ghost you by not replying for days and then they dismiss your inquiries. Do NOT buy from them. The GA DA has opened a case against them in my case. I cannot stress enough to avoid this website and their products!

I ordered a set of Lund compatible Brocraft mounts for a Bimini top for my boat. They sent the wrong items, and are slow to communicate about fixing the problem. They offered me a 15% refund and a 15% discount on my next order if I would keep the items. No further communication at this point. I just want a shipping label to return the mounts and get my money back. It feels like a real scam at this point.

This is one of the worst companies we have dealt with. We ordered a knife sharpener and that was over two months ago. We have YET to receive it and they keep stringing us along. After a month we reached out and they said they could no longer source it. They then tried to send us a different one. I asked if I could return if I did not like it. They said they were sorry that once the package was opened we could not return it. Now they suddenly found one, three weeks under our belt since then and still NO sharpener. Seriously, DON'T buy from this company. I have no idea what the jig is, but it is not a legit site. Now to pursue other remedies. I will not stop with just trustpilot!

Kate Minimalist is a conartist. I purchased a clock from them only to find out later that Amazon has the same product at 1/3 of the cost. I email Kate minimalist to cancel the order which by the way took over a week and a half to ship and was told that it was too late to cancel the order. The clock came and when I tried to return it, they told me it was non-returnable nonrefundable. So if you like paying three times what the product cost I suggest you go with them.

On or around May 27th, 2025, Kate Minimalist delivered a product I ordered and purchased which I thought was Prostadine. Being that I had some supply left over from a previous order from another company, I did not need to open the package sent by KM until July 25th , 2025. KM sent me product that turned out to be a counterfeit. Similar wrapping and label but clearly diffferent product and KM refuses to accept a return of it, sticking to a rigid 30 day return policy which was not advertised with selling the product.

This was the worst online shopping experience. I should’ve checked the reviews before ordering... no tracking, no customer service... my 15% welcome discount wasn’t applied. I ended up having to threaten to contact my credit card company to dispute the charges and more....Avoid buying from this store!

If I could put zero stars, I would. Ordered a beauty product device that was obviously defective. I was told I could not return it since I had opened the product. How does that even make sense, you can’t know a device is defective until you open and use it. This event told me a lot about this company.👎

I ordered some items, none out of stock per website, told will ship in less than 5 business days. Two weeks later not arrive, I call customer service "It will take a little longer than expected" Two more weeks still not there. I gave up, asked for a refund which was not cheerfully given, made to feel like it was my fault

well that was a waste of 40$,after noticing the overpriced items I figured out it is definitely a fake/scam site,I have been waiting for 15 days to get an update,it didn’t even ship yet 😂

Terrible I needed to return a bee house that I got and they gave me a problem saying g that if the package was opened I couldn’t return it . We took it out of its box and it wasn’t what we wanted so we wanted to return it. I have to pay shipping back and I’m afraid it will not be accepted

SCAM!!! They don’t accept returns. Everything they say is a lie. Products are expired and marked up 100% literally. Trash lowlife scammers. Do not buy! All reviews are fake.

they take amazon adds and double the price! They stole my listings word for word then doubled the price shady!

Ordered a cane/chair advertises as weighing less than 2 pounds. Product arrives and box containing product weighed over 10 pounds which is too heavy for me to use. Contacted Katethe minimalist for a return and they said “We only accept returning item we shipped is incorrect.” After cancelling payment through credit card, they finally emailed me address for return and Inhave to pay shipping back to them. I would never order from them again. Products on website are not as described and they do mot stand behind products.

They charged me $94 for a 30 day supply of Everyday dose, which is 29.99 on the official dose website. Total rip off, stay away.

The return policy is an absolute Joke! I bought what I thought would be a stronger magnifier for my 97yr old Mom. I carefully took it out of the box. My mom looked through the magnifier. It isn't as strong as it supposedly said it is. I emailed the company. They said if it's not opened or used, then I can return it. I wrote back to say it wasn't used. Kyle emailed me back stating "How did you know it doesn't work for your Mom if it wasn't used?" That is a valid question.
Anyway, I highly recommend shopping another Company than this one.

Product came with oils leaked out. Contacted kate-minimalist, not only did it take 2 to 3 days to reply each time. They would not issue a refund or replacement even after i dug it out of the garbage and took photos for them. Sending photos is not the same as seeing in person. Aweful customer service will not buy from them again!

this firm is fraudulent ..refuses to send a paid order for no reason and ignores requests

This company is a scam. I purchased Simple Human Bags in Size D. Took 3 weeks to receive and the bags were the wrong size. Contacted the company. It took them 3 days to respond; they asked for a picture of the wrong product. Took & sent picture. They took another 2 days to respond. Meanwhile, they have a 30 day return policy. Now they are asking me to keep the bags I don't need they will give me 20% another procuct. I want my money back. I had to go to the SimpleHuman webite and purchase more because I needed the bags and store was taking too long. Now they will not allow return even though THEY sent me the wrong bags at a very hight prices. The SimpleHuman stores charged me $23, and after taxes and fees with KateMinimalist, it was $71 for gargabe bags!!!!! DO NOT SHOP HERE!
