Rubbish!!! cheap as sh+t I tried to cancel this many times as realized it was a mistake order! but was totally ignored! When this arrived it is so awful something you would find in a pound shop. Complete waste of money! Do not order from these. Terrible customer service and products 🤬

This company needs to be investigated, it sends items out ( bra for me) which was not as described, the item was far, far too small for me even though I ordered the correct size.
I returned it straight away first class post at a cost of £5 to me.
I keep telling them I have returned it and they keep saying they haven't got it and I can keep it 🤨.
I even sent a photo of proof of return, they said they can give me £2 refund as an offer of goodwill and I can keep the item 😠. I DONT HAVE THE ITEM.
Please will someone investigate them.

Order 2 of these bras one in black one in nude. When they arrived which was only a couple of weeks I had ordered my size 38DD but found them to be quite large fittings. I had the straps on the tightest they could go on and the clips were on the tights too. When first wearing these they seemed good and have to say were comfortable. The only issue I have is I should have ordered a back size of 36. Unfortunately I have also noticed that the nude one because I have worn this one more than the black one has gone misshaped and then today the underwire has come out under the right arm so it’s had to go in the bin. I have emailed the company but reading through the reviews on here I’m not holding my breath! I doubt I will order again from here.

please do not order from this company. the product is a joke and they will not give a refund. Terrible company .please do not make the mistake i made

Took 3 months to arrive. I requested a refund after 2 and was told i couldnt have one and I had to 'trust in the product, you won't regret it'. I do regret it. Appalling customer service, refused to give a refund as apparently my fault for ording my size. Completely wrong sizes even going by their size chart. I order 32G and it doesn't even fit my friend who is 32D. Offered £6 refund. Day light robbery considering I paid £26. Will never use again.

Absolutely disgusting, it took 3 months for my order to arrive, when it did, it’s too small. I emailed and asked for the address to return to. They said they can refund me 4.00 absolutely disgrace! I keep asking for a returns address but they keep avoiding giving it to me and reply saying that they have offered me the maximum compensation!!

Terrible company avoid at all costs. Customer Service well what customer service. I bought and item of them which wasnt true to size, when I asked to return they simply asked if i could pass it on to another person. I spent £17 and they offered me £1.

Two different sizes arrived after about 6 weeks of waiting. The cup size part of the label of the smaller one had been physically cut off with scissors. Paid £26 and was offered £4 compensation. Absolute disgrace.

Chinese sizing. Not uk. Ordered size 52 and got a 36. Will not refund or accept returns. Offered £2 compensation. Avoid at all costs.

It seems they only refunded everyone £2 but I paid £12.99 plus insurance. I wouldn't order from them if I checked their reviews earlier as the size is much smaller than UK size. I will not order anything through Facebook or Instagram adverts again. Waste your time and money.

They sent wrong size and said give to a friend and purchase again.

Sizing all wrong , offered £3 compensation or return to China at my expense. Avoid!

If I could give 0 I would ,scam merchants not decent company.
Ordered bras , nothing near the size I ordered,even though on checking with their warehouse it was correct ,this seems to be the line they give everyone,offered £2 compensation,I want a refund as stated on your advert!
Told too expensive to return as in china ,there's a theme here ,will be reporting.

I ordered two bras and they sent me the wrong size.
When I informed them they said they had 'checked with their warehouse' and I had ordered what they sent. I sent them photographic evidence and a print screen of my order summary. They tried to offer me £2 instead of a refund/replacement. They said they will not accept a return as it would cost ME too much money. I have reported to Trading Standards (UK) and FTC (USA). The website said it was based in London but this item was shipped from the US. They have two listed addresses.

I paid for an item which did not arrive.
I responded to my order confirmation email to say this had not arrived and it has been weeks. They replied to me advising my parcel had been returned but not to their original warehouse so they cannot receive it back either? Totally doesnt make sense.
if i wanted the product i would be charged again even though they can see my order had been returned? So why should i be charged again? If anything, i should receive a refund! Which i doubt i will get.
AVOID this company!!!!

Ordered on 1/07/2024 multimeter £22.39 still not received update shows from 9/08/2024 Royal Mail awaiting parcel, it is now 15/08/2024 fobbed off with excuses, requested refund no reply ,I saw the advert for item on Facebook so reported it to them as a possible scam site,they said they could get me my money back and would shut the site down BUT it would cost me money, I declined they are aware of this site
like some people wish I had looked at trust pilot ,I would never have touched them, logged with PayPal to try for a refund, SO every body please keep off and save your money and aggravation

Do NOT buy from this awful company.
I paid £16 for a bra. When it arrived, the fit was terrible, and so I contacted them to ask for a refund as there were no instructions with the delivery.
They asked fot photos of the product and the barcode, which I did. They then told me that they had sent the item I ordered, and could I maybe just give it to someone else?!!
I quickly replied that I wanted my money back. They offered me £2!!!! When I said that wasn't acceptable, they offeres £4!!!!
I've tried emailing again, but they've said £4 is all they can offer, and I can keep the product!!!
Terribe, scam company.

I ordered the wrong colour and realised within a millisecond of pressing the order putting....emailed to stop it being shipped to cancel the order....still sent it....

19 emails backwards and forwards they keep saying they have checked with manufacturer and all products are good......that wasn't my point I ordered the wrong colour so wanted a refund....not once in the 19 emails have they told me the return address... absolutely shocking!!!!!
