Made an order 6 weeks ago for q sweary mug !!! Guess I’m the mug still not got it & like everyone else ,asked for a refund & no reply & seems it’s been in Belfast for 2weeks
DO NOT BUT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Scam. They ripped off the real artist and the item never arrived, despite around 13 emails from them with “updates”. Wish I’d checked here before ordering via an Instagram ad. Beware!

This company is a disgraceful I ordered one of the robotic dogs on the 12th December I have never received it even after contacting the company many times and finally asking for a refund only to be ignored or constantly being told its on its way

Received my items today. What a load of bunkum. I am fed up with being scammed. Supposed to help stop smoking. Ha! It is nothing but a small metal straw. NEVER trust this company. Supposedly in the USA but return address is China. According to my emails, my package is at USA customs. If I could have given a 0 I would have.

This is not a uk company!!! 3 weeks for my magic dragon to arrive. Pics looked amazing. It’s very small, light, sharp, cheap tat. Absolute rubbish. I felt bad giving it to my son. He’s a teen and loves this stuff. These are not suitable for young children.

Saw scarf and cap combo advertised whilst playing wordle on phone. Looked ideal as a stocking filler for my wife. Took over 6 weeks to arrive despite being a supposed UK company. I should've known better. It arrived today. Looks nothing at all likrwhat was advertised. Very poorly made even for price. Company is based in China. Not all stuff made in China is poor but this really does give the Chinese industries the worst of reputation. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS LOT!

I saw their Facebook advert for sweary handmade mugs, instantly fell in love with them. The price was shockingly cheap too.
Wanted to order a customised one, and noticed the rest of the website looked very… fake? Odd? Like everything is being drop-shipped.
After a quick google search, I realised they’ve stolen all the photos and video content from Iddybiddytitty.co.uk for the sweaty mugs. And that they don’t have any mugs in stock. It’s all a scam. DO NOT BUY

Do not buy thinking you will get a quality item manufactured in the USA.The tracking starts in the states then continues to China.I bought the "gear balls"as a stocking fillers.When they arrived they were hard plastic with sharp edges and very small.So far they have offered a £5 refund or send back at my expense and they will reimburse if they agree with my complaint!Avoid!

I bought 4 G63 clocks that are meant to charge your phone as well as playing music and have a light display. They’re Christmas gifts but I thought I’d open 1 to check it worked. The cable is so short it won’t reach the clock (it’s about 10cm long). The phone charger part doesn’t work. I contacted customer support who have offered me £5 refund. Please do not buy from this company. Waste of money.

Has anyone been able to return these items and which address as apparently they have Uk and China I want to return but don’t know which one or the uk address. Never buy from this company it’s bad I’m having real big problems with them they are not legit don’t ever buy stay well clear

Ordered a concealer which came in a pump form & the pump spring didn't work so couldn't use the product! Asked for a replacement or refund, they asked for pictures, a video but after to & fro they still only offered £3!!!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I ordered an autumnal wreath and I am still waiting this is now 16 weeks . Klarna have done nothing about this company .

Like so many here if I could give zero I would. Also like others I have been charged more than the invoice amount.
I ordered some of their plug in Heaters, when I received them I read the instructions and safety - they are a hazard and I would never dream of using them or giving them to anyone else. NOT FIT/SAFE For PURPOSE comes to mind.
First I was offered £2 per item compensation, then £3 per item, because I would have to pay to return them to china and that would be very expensive for me.
Now I have discovered the overcharge and awaiting a reply to that as well.
I will never touch them again and they should be investigated, I will take this as far as I can.

This company is a scam. I have just ordered a product for £16.95 and they have actually taken £20.95 from my account for the purchase with no explanation at all as to why. It is free delivery and states on the email receipt £16.95 yet the amount the have charged my bank is £20.95. Wish I had checked trust pilot first. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

This site is a rip off. Do not be fooled by these wreaths. They are not what you get. I paid £28. For a piece of plastic crap. It’s shocking how this company can show a pic and not send what they show. Please please do not fall for this. Crap I would like my money back please my contact number is 07834464339. As pervious comment show these bras are a joke ordered a 36G/GG and i literally couldnt even fit my nipple in it was popping out ive asked for a refund as im not happy at all about this and like pervious have said they are chinese if i would of known this i wouldnt of order as we all know the chinese dont have a clue about correct size i waited 2 weeks for this bra too come only to be dissapointed

SCAM I am so mad at myself for even falling for this one. As a larger chested person bras are not easy or comfortable to find. I stupidly believed this AWFUL company had solved my problems. You do even realise it is from China until they add the custom tax as a last alert at the end of purchase. Crap bras cheaply made at completely the wrong size. I email to the customer service and like other ridiculous customer service with a worse compensation and no refund options. £68 of my hard earned money in these scams pockets FUMING

Ordered two solar lights start of October, still waiting for delivery.Yes free delivery but still got charged.ld give it a wide berth

The bras were far too small, despite them allegedly being the size I ordered. The only way I could get a refund was to pay £18 for return shipping. This option was better than the £4 refund offer. I received a full refund for the bras, but no refund for the postage.

Please do not bother to place any orders with these people as you will not be able to return anything. The only refund you will be offered will be £3.00 and a lot of nonsense about being unable to make refuends.......
