Well I received my mug! Came from China, Not the same as advertised, two months late. I ordered a “shut your whxxe mouth” it came with only “shut” on it!!! Great I can’t give this as gift. Absolute joke, they’ve offered to give me 2£ refund 🤣 I could send the mug back! However the returns dept….is in Germany. Not even worth sending back. Cost more than the mug. DO NOT BUY

Places order for mugs in mid December. Not mid February and nothing. Email telling me to be patient.

Massive scam. Ordered over a month ago. They have sent regular tracking updates, but now realise it's all an elaborate scam. Lesson learned. Never buy from this company.

Exactly the same as all others, ordered 2 mugs mid December and still nothing! Apparently they're in Manchester, I e mailed them several times and was told in mid January they were on holiday! And not to send several emails as this can cause confusion 🤨 I tried sending another email this morning and it won't send! Has anyone had any luck in getting a refund or even ever received the mugs?

Similar story to the other reviews - ordered 16th December, still I’m no items by 11th February and according to tracker it’s been in Cambridge since 20th January! Emailed the support email a number of times, told delays were due to the business being on vacation. Eventually told replacement mugs would be sent … that was 2 weeks ago. Save to say I’ve been scammed!!

I would give 0 stars if I could, ordered a mug 24.12.24 and am yet to receive it, no tracking update since 21.1.25 and just an email back from them assuring it is on the way, but no further tracking.
Have taken up this matter with my bank.
I am not one to write reviews normally but this company is definitely a scam!! Do not buy from them!!

My story is the same as so many on here - saw the sweary mugs on Insta - ordered 2 - lots of tracking updates - my order gets to the U.K. and then vanishes. I complained to customer services and they say they have sent a replacement - after reading the reviews on here - I don’t hold out much hope

Like everyone else, I placed an order from an Instagram ad. I haven’t received it, got ‘tracking’ updates to say it had arrived in the UK from the US and then nothing. It’s been 6 weeks and I’m now reporting it via my bank for a refund. I wish I’d been more sensible with checking this company out before I placed an order

Avoid this company and don't fall for their glossy Insta ads! Ordered two of the rude mugs (before I realised this company had ripped off the designs of a small business) via a speical offer. They took the full amount from my account but PayPal refunded so all good. Despatched on December 17th according to their email...the parcel was actually sent on 24th January. When it arrived, it contained two car door handles! Seller said I could return to China at my own cost?! Then the mugs actually arrived, much smaller than shown and also with the wrong slogan inside...one simply said 'shut' 🤣 I'm not even bothering to return them, or the car door handles, as I'm 100% sure I will never get the cost back.

Rip off scam. Even has fake tracking. After three months of complaining I got refunded. Alledgedly the item was shjlped from USA then to Manchester where it remained...DO NOT USE. They rip off other peoples profucts to sell.

Like everyone else, mugs haven't arrived. Apparently, they are in the UK, but when I googled the address for the supposed postal depot, it doesn't exist.

This site sells counterfiet goods. They clone genuine sites and steal artwork styles from artists, they claim to ship from the UK when their goods come from the US via China.

Do not waste your money, your goods will sit in customs for 6 weeks.

So disappointed! I ordered 2 of these mugs on Christmas Eve and they finally arrived today. They were described as 'jumbo' mugs, they barely hold 200ml. I paid over £35 for 2 tiny mugs, I wouldn't even look at twice in a charity shop.

I have reported this company to my bank as I believe they are not a valid business.
I never received the mugs which I believe will never arrive.

Would give a 0 stars if possible. I ordered a pair of water proof gloves on 22nd October 2024 for £11.98
No gloves have yet arrived. I have been in touch on numerous occasions and they tell me to "check the parcel status" I have done and it tells me it has been delivered, but not to my house. Customer service is non existent and once they have your money they don't seem to care. Keep away from this company!

Scam - item not received after 6 weeks, all emails reply stating their staff are on vacation.

You claim to have posted item through letterbox which is untrue. I've not left my home at any time and have not received my parcel

Placed an order for a sweary mug from this site which supposedly is based in the UK. It is not. Order placed on 26/12/24 and despite numerous tracking updates, still no mug received. I emailed to voice my concerns and received an email back stating they are on vacation and have not many staff in.
On reading other reviews I’m am very doubtful I will ever receive my mug or a refund.
