Ordered the sweary mugs in Dec. After chasing repeatedly, and having been 'assured' they where in transit, they where shipped to me via 48hr courier last week. They arrived and are completely useless - tiny compared to what was advertised online and clearly poor quality.
Customer services are totally uninterested and offered a paltry £6 refund from a £35 order.

I am now putting a wrong right. I thought it was a scam. It took forever but my order has arrived.
The company gave me updates regularly. I only challenged them when they said my order had arrived at a random postcode that didn’t relate to a delivery company.

Ordered the coffee mugs with swear words in the bottom. Arrived after alot of emails but they are tiny!!!!!
The advert shows a large mug in a hand but I believe the advert has a larger mug in a small hand and unless the hand is an infants hand, do not hope your getting a proper coffee mug. The things are tiny and not usable!
Complained by email and offered a small amount of compensation. Turned it down.
Do not order from this company...

Ordered three articulated dragons in eggs for my granddaughters for Easter. This was late January.
Anyway , a few days later I realised this was not a British company at all....it was Chinese. ! I was also charged more than told on my confirmation email. So I emailed them and amazingly I was refunded the extra money they had taken out of my account. My daughter then informed me that they were a scam company and that she had bought two of these dragons which took 8 weeks to arrive and when they did , they were different size eggs and the dragons were only 6" , nothing like in the advert.
So I emailed them and informed them they were not to be trusted and I wanted to cancel the order and get a full refund and I was contacting trading standards and PayPal. Apparently the dragons had left Salem USA and were now in Seattle but they said they had cancelled the order and I did get a full refund. I must be very lucky. !! But then , every few days I have had an update on the dragons going across America and through customs and eventually arriving at Birmingham UK. I did get my refund so I'm not bothered , but why get all these "fake" updates. Are the dragons still going to arrive on my doorstep. ?
It's a terrible company and I so wish I'd read Trustpilot reviews first.

HOW THEY HAVE NOT BEEN SHUT DOWN IS BEYOND ME

I ordered a dragon in an egg for my great grandson it was £6.99 .then the bill came to £10.01with postage and insce . £12 .39 came straight out of my bank !!L which made me suspicious. I looked them up and saw all these complaints . I’m not likely to receive the dragon am I ? What else have they conned me out of ?

Nothing arrived, sent an email and they said they would resend the order, never happened, scam, scam, scam buyer beware

Same story as everyone else. Suckered in on Insta - only to not have goods delivered. Read reviews before you knee jerk buy. I’d call them cowboys but cowboys have integrity

Please make everyone aware this is a scam, pleas don't get caught as I did, I'm waiting six weeks have sent several emails and I've been given the run around!!!!

Like others I didn't look at reviews until it was too late. The dragon eggs are the same as you can buy off temu for under half the price. They're not large as advertised they're tiny. Nowhere near the size shown. If it was worth sending them back I would. Nearly £14 for something I could have paid under £6 for.

This company is a sham. Ordered mugs in December last year and they still haven’t arrived. 17 track says it was delivered to somewhere in Australia. Keep emailing and all that I get in response is that it was delivered and to check with post office and neighbours. I have even informed them that it would be a difficult as I stay in the UK. I can only assume that this is a scam and they are making a hefty profit.

Like everyone else, I should have read reviews before I ordered, seen an advert on Instagram for the Dragon eggs order 2 and the price I thought I paid was increased and put through as a Papal payment when I actually paid by card.
When they eventually arrived, they were not as advertised, they were smaller, colours were not as shown and quality of both the dragon and the egg was not great, I had difficulty in closing the egg after opening.
I had previously ordered some from Amazon, spent less got them quicker and they were actually the size they were shown as, I wished I had reordered from them then Kanners-Ashines.

Lessons learnt : don't buy from Instagram without looking at reviews

If I could give 0 stars I would, ordered 2 mugs for nearly £30 because of novelty factor 5 weeks later im still waiting.... similar to other reviews the tracking has shown my package started in miami u.s.a. and is now stuck in Birmingham where it's been for a while. I have contacted them numerous times and I too just get a generated reply asking me to be patient I've reported mine to revolut so crossed fingers I get my money back.... these people need to be stopped it looks like they are cashing in on innocent people like us

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered 2 mugs begging of January and they were coming from America, tracking was going well until they got to the UK and then all tracking was stopped. Contacted the company and asked for a refund and they ignored my request and said they sent out the replacement mugs but this time from Chine. So annoyed and sooo frustrated as I wished I had checked the reviews before I bought them. Don’t waste your money on this product. Customer service is diabolical

Ordered mugs after seeing on Instagram. After about 12 weeks and numerous emails chasing the mugs, they arrived.
There were meant to be words written on the inside of the mugs… the words were not what I ordered and don’t make any sense.
Contacted customer service and was offered £5 refund or return them at my own cost.
Take my advice, do not order.

Scam.
Ordered 2 mugs over a month ago - still "stuck in London" and a generic "please be patient" email then ro replies whatsoever.

Avoid at all costs - trading illegally with false representation and awful service. Products misrepresented and promises of refunds and returns not met.

Wish I'd checked here first, SCAM don't be tricked. Ordered gift for a friend in December, is now mid Feb and the "tracker" says my package has been in Birmingham since 21 January.
