Worst bra I have ever bought. Disgraceful product. Can’t not say enough how bad they are, nothing like the ad. 1 star is too much.

This online store is a Scam and fraudsters. They sell inferior things and charges for the original and if you tell them that you want to return the order and request for your refund, they will be threatening you with shipping cost to CHINA. But in their online site, the stated Skanners -ashines UK. This is a SCAM STORE, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO LOOSE YOUR MONEY. I would have loved to upload all our conversations together. They are SCAM, BEWARE!!!

Please don't buy from this company I don't usually give out bad scores/reviews I bought an item few months ago which turned out to be faulty emailed them tried to get a refund or return (but that would of cost me) waste of time just kept emailing back and fore promising a refund to bank account please be patient they said....still waiting I'm not holding my breath or losing sleep now so bloody annoying.......

Do not order from these people! They sent me the wrong product then said I have to return it at my own cost! To China!

Obviously, they are avoiding paying TAX as this stuff is sent direct from China but their website says it UK!

Wish I didn’t even have to put a star as this company are a complete scam 😡, ordered bras in November last yr that never & after emailing them 20times still didn’t get a reply , I may as well have set fire to my money 😡.AVOID at all costs

I BOUGHT 3 BRAS,TOLD THEM THEY WERE THE WRONG SIZE AND I WANTED TO RETURN AND GET A REFUND, THEY SAID THAT IT WOULD COST A LOT TO RETURN THE BRAS TO CHINA AND THEY OFFERED ME A MEASLY £5.00 REFUND, THE BRAS COST ME BLOODY £30.00 ,THERE NOT WORTH THE RISK HONEST....

Avoid these items are inferiority are shipped from China to USA then on to the u.k.

I would give minus 100 if I could, really bad customer service. Items does not match description and they refuse to do a refund or give me the return address. Looking at taking legal action, if anyone wants to join me let me know.

If the was a minus stars option I would have picked it’s a scam site that sends fake shipping information
Don’t ship your products and charge you for it ig your looking to get scammed out of money use this site
I contacted them 2 months ago for a refund after waiting 4 months for my product

Ordered a packet of a 1000 seeds from them, What arrived was about a teaspoon of seeds mixed with seed debris. I tried counting the seeds and recon I was short changed by 800 seeds.

I ordered a couple of things from this site - via an ad on FB. AFTER ordering I read all the reviews and became very worried that I had been scammed. However, the items arrived and were exactly as I hoped. They did take a long time to arrive - over a month - but I was kept informed at every stage. I was actually overcharged by a small amount but when I pointed this out, via email, I received an immediate apology, technical error used as an explanation, and the overpaid amount was immediately refunded.

Do not use this company. I ordered some jumbo sized mugs and when they eventually turned up about 6 weeks after ordering they had sent me the wrong size, nothing like what was pictured. They don't reply to you when you use their contact email so I've had to go through PayPal. They have finally allowed me to send the items back but won't cover the cost of return and want me to return it to China. SHOCKING SERVICE!

Ordered on 9th Feb, still not arrived 22nd March…response to my enquiry regarding delivery is them saying it has been delivered with a list things I could do to chase up the delivery with the courier & neighbours etc.
Delivery charge was part of the fee & transaction…I think resolving this issue is THEIR responsibility!
Refund is being declined.
My advice - Do NOT buy from these people!

Ordered bras from this company before Christmas. They say they've been delivered but nothing has every been delivered to me. They refuse to refund my money. Absolutely avoid at all costs. They have stopped responding to my emails. Absolutely appalling company.

Received my item today and was very disappointed with the product.
The size and content for £20 is a disgrace. I can hold the item in the palm of my hand and it shows a person holding ot wirh both hands. Your company is very misleading and I am very angry as it was fir a special birthday.
This was shipped from the USA yet you have a UK address???

I won't be recommending your company and will be contacting consumer rights about your false.advertising.
Please reimburse my payment as I am totally dissatisfied and feel cheated

Ordered mugs in December, still not arrived - keep saying they're in transit but have been in Birmingham since 18 January. They keep saying the same thing over and over again. Said being shipped from USA but don't think that's the case. AVOID

Same as most of the other reviews. Ordered 2 mugs back in December. They have actually arrived today, but they're not as described.

My "Shut your wh**e mouth" mug just says "Shut" in it, which completely takes the fun out of it.

Ordered a "HANDMADE JUMBO LIGHTENING SWEARY MUG" & Paid £17.46 on the 22nd of December. Supposedly from America so expected to wait. Tracking said it had gone from America to the Midlands then Northern Ireland where it stopped. The next tracking after complaining it hadn't moved for a month from Northern Ireland was from China & today months later I have received an extremely crap, and definitely not handmade tiny (200ml) tea/expresso cup that will go straight in the bin! It was a gamble & was suss but I saw reviews saying they just waited & it arrived. It looks like everyone else got the China ones this month too judging by the recent reviews. Oh well some scam artist had a good Christmas on us! Luckily I bought on PayPal so will try to get refunded as not as described.
