Ordered from this company on 23rd June, still not had my parcel. Sent lots of emails, just get fobbed off with " we understand how frustrating this is, please wait a little longer" absolutely terrible service!! Wish I'd of read reviews before I purchased. I've told them I want a refund but don't hold much hope!!

DONOT repeat DONOT order anything at all from this company . SCAM ALERT.
Nothing is like what you see on the site and sizes are nowhere the same as UK sizes. You are just totally wasting your hard earned cash to make these scammers RICH !!.
They don't reply to emails after you have bought products and totally blank you .

Wish I saw this before ordering. They took more than original price. Got the difference refunded. Ordered on 17th June and to date still no items. Will no longer reply to emails and last tracking was 15th July. Absolute scam company.

This company needs shutting down, they took too much money from my card so I asked the to cancel and refund, they refunded the difference but didn’t cancel as requested.
They then shipped the goods and over a month later I am still waiting, no order no refund.
Just keep getting a tracking number with no delivery date

Sizes of bras are completely wrong. Paid £25 for bra and they offered me a £2 refund which eventually went up to £6 as they say it costs too much to return. Even though the senders address on the parcel is in the UK ? DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

Firstly they took extra money out of my bank for VAT which wasn’t shown anywhere even up to me paying it still showed a different amount to what they took. Then the bra took 7 WEEKS to arrive and it’s absolutely terrible it’s so cheaply made and doesn’t fit at all it looks nothing like what they show in the photos and videos! From reading all the other reviews it doesn’t sound like anyone actually got a refund either. I’m not sure how they are allowed to keep selling and scamming so many people!!! AVOID!!!!!!

Absolutely awful, scam company lies about sizing, ordered the 34F and the bra that arrived is barely a B cup!Also doesn't ship from UK!

Absolute joke !I bought a lace suit in my size it's poor quality and I'd have to lose 3 stone to get into it!no returns offered after many e mails they offered £2 refund.!! Beware very poor customer service .

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I ordered a 3 pack of strapless bras...they took 8 weeks (and lots of chasing) to arrive. When they finally did, the quality was very poor - uneven shape, poor stitching, puckered material - and actually not aligned with the design advertised. Spend your money elsewhere where you have better chance of full refund if not satisfied.

After ordering 3 strapless bras that took 11weeks to arrive. Ordered 40d uk size when they came more like a 34b. Discusting... do not buy £25 waisted

Did not receive parcel. Got no reply to emails asking for an update after the tracking hadn’t moved for 2 weeks and am now being ignored when asking for a refund. DO NOT USE. Also added VAT which was not shown at any point during the checkout.

I bought the pack of two bras from this company, they charged me extra for VAT. I told them I wanted to cancel before the item was even dispatched but they refused and tried to convince me to try their item. Once it was delivered weeks later the item was small and quality was not up to standard. I asked for a return and refund immediately but they are refusing and keep offering me compensation of £2, £4 and £6. I reminded them of their policy and my consumer rights, but they don’t seem to care as they stopped responding. Do not buy from here, save your money!

I have waited 7 WEEKS to receive shoddily made and extremely poorly sized bra. I ordered a 36e which just about does up at the back, but the cup size is more like a B or a C. It bears NO RESEMBLANCE to the bra advertised.
So disappointed.

Item has not arrived, ordered 18th May, 2 tracking numbers with different companies given, different communications, from tok many parcels to update and shipping company busy to, item was out of order shipping from elsewhere! Having to raise a dispute to try and get money back. Cannot believe companies are allowed to get away with this!

Never received my item & the company ignore my emails!

I am currently awaiting my bras, supposedly been in the country for weeks. I also thought it was UK based. Reading these reviews when and if they ever arrive they will be far too small. In future I will read reviews before I order. I am so angry. I have asked for the carriers details so I can chase up myself if not forthcoming I will contact PayPal.

Took my order and money 3 months ago. I have chased a refund or the goods several times.
Each time they assure me the shipping is on the way. 8 weeks ago it was in the UK. Now it's back in China in transit!!!! DO NOT USE! SCAMMERS. ROBBERS

Do not order from this company!! I ordered 2 34g bras, I waited weeks for them to arrive and when they came they were very poor quality and very very small it looked more like a 28 b bra I asked for a refund and they have refused it saying it’s against their rules and offered me £2 compensation. I am so angry they get away with this, I have currently got through breast cancer treatment and thought these bras looked really good and comfortable but very disappointed - avoid avoid avoid this awful company
