I love these shoes. They are beautiful, tactical looking, extremely comfortable on any terrain, very well made, and the BOA lacing system is amazing. Judging by the quality, I'm sure they'll last a long time. My only issue is the price. Are they worth that much money? Didn't even have my size {I'm a 10 1/2 US; had to get a size 10}. I can go on and on about the expensive boots / sneakers I own, but $370 for these? I chose to purchase them, they're awesome shoes,
But damn.

The quality of these pants are perfect I use them for trad climbing and sport climbing and bouldering the only down side I have with the pants are the turn up on them are to high it turns them into 3/4 pants on the picture it looks like they sit nice over the ankle and the pockets are not very deep at all my phone doesn’t fit in them when I am doing multi pitch climbing

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER FOR ONLINE ORDERS. I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY EXPENSIVE BOOTS AND THE TRACKING HASN'T UPDATED SINCE 3/20/2026.

ALSO THERE IS NO ONE TO CALL AND THE ONLINE CHAT IS USELESS.

WILL BE LOOKING FOR A REFUND IF THE BOOTS AREN'T DELIVERED.

Ci hanno messo 45 giorni per consegnarle anche a causa del capodanno cinese.
Dopo la mia lamentela mi hanno restituito 10 euro per avermi fatto aspettare troppo.
Le scarpe sono semplicemente eccezionali sotto tutti gli aspetti, per chi fa ultratrail sono un musthave.

Aunque han tardado 34 días en llegar, estoy muy contento con las zapatillas. Entiendo que la pérdida temporal del paquete no es culpa de Kailas.
Las zapatillas tallan media talla más largas de lo habitual en otras marcas. Tienen muy bien ajuste y la alta amortiguación las hace muy cómodas. Pronto compraré otras Kailas.

I made a purchase of 3 items, and they sent them separately in two bags, so when they arrived in my country, I had to pay double taxes. I paid extra for fast delivery, and it took like two weeks just to be shipped; it's like a month, and I didn't receive the products. I just received the tax ticket from customs, saying that the bags arrive the country. The delivery from my country taxes me an extra 20 dollars per box for handling, so I ending payed like 100 dollar extra. I'll never buy again. with amazon only pay 20 dollar extra

I was waiting a little while to do this review till I had a little time on my feet in this shoes. After tonight I am convinced these are an awesome trail shoe in the snow and mud from the melting snow. Traction is really great, which is what I would expect or the Vibram Megagrip sole. What shocked me the most is when you are transitioning from trail to road and you run with these on a hard surface they feel like they are launching you forward with every stride. With that said, I’m not advocating for these on the road but I bet these will “rip” on dry trails. All in all an awesome shoe so far. Durability is still to be tested as I’ve only been running in them for about a month.

Placed an order for the Fuga EX 330 shoes, which were in stock. They were shipped about a week later because the whole team was on a training camp! First parcel got lost or held up somewhere in China, so after contacting them about 2-3 days later they told me another parcel will be sent. Eventually after almost 2 months I received the shoes but due to their faulty sizing on their website, the shoes were too big. My foot is 273-274mm and according to their website I need to wear a size 44, which was totally wrong. I sent them an e-mail about returning them and a reminder a few days later and till this day (a month later) I never got a reply.
Luckily I managed to find someone and trade the shoes here in Greece and it ended well for me.
Would never ever consider to buy their shoes again, no matter how good they are, just because of their terrible customer service.

Como marca, la calidad de los tennis que compré está increíble, he corrido ya varias veces con ellos y de lo mejor que he tenido. Kailas 330, agarre increíble, comodidad y estabilidad muy buena. Sin duda es un tennis muy bien diseñado y se ve de muy buena calidad.
Lo que si recomiendo es que en cuestión de envíos sean más específicos de las opciones que puedan tener los clientes.
A mí me tardaron mucho en llegar, tarde 2 semanas para resolver y otras 3 para que me llegaran.
Entiendo que los temas de impuestos y envíos no estén en las manos de la marca. Pero si deberían de ayudar al cliente a resolver más rápidamente.
Lo que sí es que valió la pena la espera. Solo que me da miedo comprar directamente en la paguina por cuestiones de envíos, yo soy de México.
