Aeropuerto de Ibiza, UNOS AUTENTICOS PIRATAS. Nos intentaron vender su seguro de forma insistente y con advertencias y amenazas de las consecuencias de no contratarlo hasta el punto de estar mas de media hora para la recogida del vehiculo sin haber nadie esperando. Al recogerlo estaba lloviendo y no se pudo apreciar exactamente los desperfectos del mismo y aludieron que los enviaban mediante fotografías a mi correo. Al retornar el vehiculo sin sufrir ningún incidente (tal cual nos lo entregaron) el inspector de K10 se dirigió directamente a la parte trasera sin mirar nada mas y mostró una pequeña rallada (3 cm) en el bajos del parachoques. De malos modos enseguida aludieron que dicha rallada no existia cuando nos entregaron el coche y fue directamente a preparar el documento electrónico para la retención de 1200€ de la fianza y amenazando de que si no lo aceptaba me retendrían todo el importe de la misma y que no tenia por que quejarme y que pidiera el importe al seguro de fianza que contraté al reservar el vehículo. Llegamos incluso a pensar, debido a que tienen su anagrama muy visible en los coches, que dicha rallada había sido hecha expresamente cuando lo teníamos aparcado el último día. EN FIN UN UN TRATO VEJATORIO y DESPÓTICO. UN AUTENTICO ATRACO DE PIRATAS. ACONSEJO A TODOS QUE NO CONTRATEN CON ESTA COMPAÑIA.

SHAMEFUL! They charged us €40 when we returned the car because we arrived at the parking lot at 6:24 instead of 6:30. When we asked for an explanation, they told us it was written in the contract — too bad it was in Spanish, and the girl at check-in had told us we could arrive from 6 a.m. And even this morning they found an excuse to rip people off! Don’t trust them.

Tres mauvaise expérience, relation client déplorable, aucun effort pour se faire comprendre en espagnol,ne parle que catalan.
Prix doublé du fait d'une heure de retard car il faut refaire tout le dossier.
Prélèvement 3 mois plus tard d une amende qui n'a jamais ete payé a la sicirte de recouvrement.
Pour etre tranquille, louez ailleurs, he déconseille fortement

Got a car with low tyre pressure, low oil, no water for windshield at 22pm. When returning the car they charged me 166 euro for an issue that was previously in the car. Because I got the car at 22:00 I couldn't get a picture to proof so they could charge me for this issue. I'm probably the second or third person they charge for the same problem

Muy mala organización y pésimo servicio:
- Estuvimos más de media hora esperando al transfer en el aeropuerto y cuando llegó como éramos muchos, únicamente cabíamos los conductores, quedándose el resto de clientes en el aeropuerto.
- Cuando por fin llegamos a recoger el coche (media hora más tarde de la hora contratada), nuestro coche no estaba preparado. La solución que dieron es que esperábamos o teníamos que pagar más por un coche superior. Eso sí, al cliente que entregó el coche tarde le cobraron el exceso, dinero que se quedaron ellos y no repercutió en nuestro retraso que como digo, su solución era que pagáramos más.
- Pero aún hay más. Al hacer la reserva con Booking, contraté el seguro a todo riesgo y en K10 nos indicaron que eso no era así, que booking engañaba y que lo que habíamos contratado no era a todo riesgo. Así que por seguridad tuvimos que pagarles 54€ además de la reserva que ya habíamos hecho con seguro (supuestamente a todo riesgo).
La falta de transparencia, la terrible organización y la mala atención hace que no recomiende contratar con K10. Si funcionan así ahora, no quiero ni pensar en temporada alta.

Das ist eine absolute Scammer Autovermietung!! Suchen nur Möglichkeiten, den Kunden abzuzocken und irgendwelche Fantasiegebùhren in astronomischer Höhe zu kassieren… Auto zu schmutzig- €40.-, 5min zu spät zurückgebracht €72.-, kleiner Kratzer (oberflächlich und entfernbar)- €127.-, Fahrer nicht eingetragen €348.-… Absolut letztklassige Autovermietung!!!! Finger weg!!!

If you don’t take their insurance they will go to great lengths to overcharge unreasonably. They charged me €288 per hubcap for two hubcaps on a fiat panda for scratches on them. A new hubcap costs about €50 euros. They don’t have evidence that these scratches weren’t there and say it was my responsibility to prove they were. This isn’t unstated in the law or in their contract. By chance I had a photo of the car with one wheel in sight which proved there were scratches on the one which proves their ‘damage report’ was incorrect.

Alquilé un Toyota Corolla con K10 en Mallorca. Esta empresa, así como otras, no opera en la propia terminal del aeropuerto sino que tiene un servicio de lanzaderas gratuito. Te recogen en el aeropuerto (5-10 min de espera) y te llevan a sus oficinas (7-12 min dependiendo del tráfico) no muy lejos. Una vez entregas el vehículo, el mismo servicio de lanzadera te lleva de vuelta al aeropuerto.

La flota de vehículos que tienen es muy nueva y, de hecho, al no tener el Toyota Corolla me dieron un modelo superior (VW Golf R). Además los precios de alquiler y seguro están muy bien ajustados.

Tuve un problema con mi tarjeta y la dependienta que me atendió fue muy amable y paciente.

Si fuera de nuevo a Mallorca volvería a contratar con ellos.

Versuch, die 1, Tankfüllung zu verkaufen. OK. Versuch des Verkaufs einer Versicherung durch die Hintertür, durch Leisten einer Unterschrift für einen abzubuchenden Geldbetrag. Bei der 2. Unterschrift unter einen 2. abzubuchenden Betrag war klar: das kann nicht die Kaution sein. Rückabwicklung (hoffentlich).
Es war ein Unfallwagen (absichtlich angeboten, weil ich die Versicherung nicht abschließen wollte?), rechtzeitig trotz der Dunkelheit bemerkt, Umtausch durch einen seriösen Kollegen. Dieser Wagen hatte völlig abgefahrenen Reifen, habe ich aber erst später bemerkt (die konnte ich ja auch nicht dermaßen abgefahren haben).
Bei Abgabe: akribische Untersuchung auf Schäden, trotzdem nichts gefunden. Dafür sollte die Polizei wegen eines Fotos meinerseits geholt werden und mich am Verlassen der Insel hindern!!! Das ist mir noch überhaupt nie jemals passiert und auch so was von absurd...
Das Ganze bezieht sich nur auf einen Mitarbeiter, der aber andere offensichtlich gut instrumentalisieren kann (der Chef?).

Nous avions loué une voiture avant d'arriver. Sur place conducteur de la navette désagréable. Puis sur place on s'est fait escroquer sous prétexte qu'on avait une carte de débit et pas de crédit ( faux) et on nous a fait repayer et plus cher la location. En sortant sur le parking d'autres français nous ont raconté la même chose, sauf que eux n'avaient pas cédé. Je déconseille vivement cette compagnie.

Absoluter Betrug – nie wieder K10 Mobility!
Kein versprochener Shuttle, also teures Taxi bezahlt. Vor Ort extrem unfreundliche Mitarbeiterin. Der Mietwagen wurde mir nicht ausgehändigt, weil meine Debitkarte angeblich nicht akzeptiert wird – obwohl dies im letzten Jahr beim gleichen Anbieter auf Ibiza kein Problem war. Diese Info stand bei der Buchung nirgends, sondern erst später im Kleingedruckten.

Statt einer Lösung wollte man nochmals 250 € zusätzlich von mir. Als ich mich weigerte, wurde der Vertrag einfach zerrissen. Ergebnis: kein Auto, keine Leistung, aber das bereits gezahlte Geld wurde einbehalten! Zum Abschluss wurde ich mit den Worten „Go out, go out!“ regelrecht aus dem Büro geschmissen.

K10 Mobility ist reine Abzocke – unfreundlich, unseriös, betrügerisch. Absolute Warnung an alle Urlauber: Finger weg!

What a dodgy company and what an awful experience. I had booked a one day rental through Booking.com for an Opel Crossland SUV at Ibiza airport for €24. I arrived two hours late only to find that they are basically the only car rental company to have no desk at the airport. After seeking them out on foot oitside of the airport i arrived at their lot where I had to wait another 25 mins as the three employees were taking an inordinate amount of time to service three other equally irritated customers. I was told that because I was late they had cancelled my booking. If I wanted to rebook I could only have an old fiat panda which barely fit my family’s luggage and would be charged €34! In the end i returned the car exactly at the level they gave it to me and as instructed only to be finally charged €66 for a half day rental. Absolute scam artists!! Avoid at all costs
