Dreadful, absolutely dreadful, even 1 star is undeserving. I ordered something from them on 26 September- they said it would take a couple of days - still didn’t arrive. They’ve given me an incorrect tracking number and I’ve emailed them several times to let them know that I am no longer interested, therefore can you please provide me with refund, and each time they’ve completely ignored my messages and didn’t even have the decency to let me know what’s happened with my order. - This is the first and very last time I will be ordering from this site.so, I haven’t received my delivery, nor does It appears that they have no intention whatsoever of providing me with a refund. But I will fight this tooth and nail.

I ordered and it didn’t take long to deliver

Won’t be using again. Wish I had read reviews. My Hemp seeds x2 packages had holes pumpkin seeds split packing Rice had split and spilled throughout. No reply to email. Don’t recommend won’t use again the only thing not damaged was the salt.

My order arrived promptly and everything I ordered in good condition. My only problem was finding that the organic brown rice is not suitable for milk allergy sufferers I therefore can't use it sadly. I have to admit I didn't read the details of the ingredients before I ordered it as I never expected ingredients other than rice.

I wanted to buy some compots for my grandchildren who were here on holiday from France, but the only place that used to sell them no longer had any. I ordered online from Just Natural and they delivered a few days later.
Fruit purées / compots are very popular in France and a good way for children to have the fruit they need

I go away tomorrow. My delivery has arrived swashed. I have flour all over my carpet. One bag is split but the others are all squeezed flat. if you gently claen them flour air comes out of tiny wholes in the sides of them all. I have waited on the phone three times before being disconnected and told the mail box is full???

I have purchased from here several times and have always received excellent service. Items well packaged and quick delivery.

I notified that 2 of the items I ordered were not in the delivery box which was not only wet but squashed - the driver had taped up as best she could.
I have not received a reply to my notification

Why do Pukka keep Changing the name. I ordered Feel New but was sent After Dinner. It doesn’t taste quite the same. I used Detox for a few years then they changed the name to Feel New Not happy. This happened with another supplier as well.

Hello, I’m afraid 2 of the 3 items I purchased were either dispersed in tge box or not sealed.
