Do not buy from Just Natural.
Absolutely disgusting service. I paid £160 for my order and they sent my order with Evri, the cheapest courier with a well‑known reputation for losing and stealing parcels.
This is completely unacceptable. If my parcel goes missing because you chose the lowest‑cost courier, I will be reporting your company to Trading Standards and will start a chargeback.
Shocking behaviour from a company charging premium prices while cutting corners on delivery.

And for the record — this is my last time shopping with Just Natural. Shopify‑obsessed, cutting corners, and saving 50 pence on customers who are paying premium prices.

My 3 year old grandbabe absolutely loved the green pea pasta when she came to stay so I’ve sent her two boxes. It’s super nutritious and delicious pasta.

Good quality products and reasonably priced. Well packed and good delivery.

Excellent service. I had an issue with one item arriving damaged and was issued a full refund. Can highly recommend.

A six-pack of Biona black beans arrived with the glass jars smashed causing deep cuts in my fingers when I opened the package. Incredibly careless. "Glass" was written by CLF in feint biro in the top corners of the package and is barely visible. I am a semi-professional pianist so you can imagine how upset I was about this. They trade as justnatural.co.uk. They tried to shift the blame onto Evri and Evri told me to contact the supplier. CLF offered me a refund and a paltry 20% off my next order as recompense for the injury, disruption and distress this incident caused me. I accepted the refund but rejected the discount because I felt it was a trivial and insulting offer in light of the injury and otherwise meaningless because I do not want to do business with them. Biona is a great vegan product but buy them elsewhere, do not rely on this negligent company.

Paid but parcel never arrived!

I ordered 8 days ago and there’s still no sign of a delivery, even though it was supposed to be 2/3 days delivery.
It seems to have come to a complete halt on their tracker services, so I emailed just natural this morning but didn’t get a reply or an acknowledgement.
This is my first order with this company and I won’t be ordering again.

Order missing mulitple items. Tried to get one thing as gift and made the mistake of adding other things on to the order. Now the gift didn't arrive. Lets see how quickly they can support. Happy to update my review if they can fix the error.

Easy to order online. Product was delivered on time, packed very well, and was exactly what we ordered.

I have just received my first order from Just natural and quite disappointed with the products.

Firstly all the products received were a few months away from their expiration date, do 4-5 months away

The Clearspring Seaveg Ginger Seaweed crispies were stale and inedible, there's 5 in a pack which I have binned as I am not eating that!!!

I bought 3 different flavours which has 5 small packs in each pack

I opened a packet and I had to spit it all out and throw it in the bin. I've just wasted my money.

I wish I had checked the reviews before ordering 😕😪 from them. A significant amount of the reviews are negative and if I had seen this prior to me placing an order with Just naturals I wouldn't have.

My order never turned up . When I emailed them they sent a proof of delivery that was clearly not my front door or house the door in the pic was white . When I sent them a picture of me outside my house with a black front door and a goodie street view of my house they refused to refund me .
