Great Account Management!

Great account management and a team that are keen to understand your business to ensure that capital / credit facilities can get put in place that actually help you scale. We've used a number of credit facilities and the Juni team are amongst the best!

We use Juni for our Meta advertising spend

We use Juni for our Meta advertising spend. We have a dedicated Customer Success Manager (Carolina) who takes the time to understand our business, and is quick to respond to issues/queries. When Carolina is on holiday we get a stand-in.

We also get great cashback and credit terms with Juni.

Represents a company that recently started hiring Juni for banking services. It is difficult to judge after this short time how good the banking services are compared to those of the traditional banks.

poor customer service and rigid

poor customer service, only reachable via chat, they switch off your account immediately if you pay too late, no adequate help to do top-up payments, really difficult to work with these guys, there are many better options in the market

I'm sorry to hear that you had such a negative experience. I have spent some time looking into this case to understand what went wrong and how we could have done better.

Whilst I understand there is much more we can do in terms of improving how our customers can pay their monthly subscription fee for using Juni the platform, I can see from all the communication that we tried multiple times to get in touch with you to guide you on how to repay and in some cases you did not respond to their emails.

We provide all of our customers 30 days to repay after their subscription fee is due before we restrict their account, giving you ample time to settle the outstanding and the opportunity to reach out for help should you need it.

You will have received multiple automated emails reminding you to settle the outstanding amount on your account with the option to contact support either via chat or support@juni.co. One of our Customer Success Managers also reached out to you in advance of your account being restricted to help you too, however, you didn't respond.

I'm sorry for any frustration and disruption this experience caused you. We take all customer feedback very seriously and we are working hard to improve the overall customer experience when it comes to paying subscription fees.

Should you ever wish to provide more detailed feedback on how you think we can do better, you can always reach out to me directly. I followed up with you personally on the day your account was restricted so you have my email address and my door is always open.

Great experience

Great experience. We left Juni for 4 months but could nowhere find the same efficieny and ease of use as we did with them. I wished I never left. So we are back now, and happy we can start using them again for all or payment needs. Special thanks to Jenna for awesome and smooth onboarding process!🙏

Great service, no regrets!

We started working with Juni last year and have no regrets. We run all of our digital marketing through them and when cash flow is tight, we make the most of their credit offer. They are very flexible to work with and Carolina, our account manager, is fantastic and always happy to help. Once they are able to offer bank transfers, it will be a one stop shop!

Scam Artists

Honestly do not even be tempted to deal with Juni. You will get sucked in by promise of cashback etc then without warning they block all your account and funds. They tell you they are refunding but never do and your money is lost. We are now having to take legal action because of how evasive they are in giving any information about where your funds are or when they will be returned.

As a regulated entity, we are required by law to regularly carry out routine checks on customers' accounts, which leads us to suspend or close customers' accounts on occasion.

These decisions are not taken lightly and are internally reviewed. We always strive to place our customers at the heart of everything we do.

Sometimes, due to the nature of being a business that operates in a highly regulated industry, working closely with our partner banks and providers, we have to make some hard decisions.

Due to the rules, authorities and regulations we have to comply with, we cannot provide further details on the decision to close your account.

I have looked into your case, and whilst we cannot change our decision to close your account, I would agree we were a little slow to handle your case. I am really sorry about that and any impact this may have caused to you and your business.

The worst company I have ever dealt…

The worst company I have ever dealt with...
The worst company I have ever dealt with. They refuse to open an account without giving any reason. Even though I have owned a company in the UK for over two years and have a fixed income, they refused to open the account. They will also say because of their bylaws that they are just a very bad company. Stay away from them. They are scammers
will respond with a comment on my message that this is because of their internal regulations

Juni has closed our account abruptly and without notice, causing significant business damage and expense and is refusing to release our money to our sole director and shareholder without explanation.
