Absolutely disgusting company.

Long standing customer, clearing full statement balance within days of receiving statement i.e. up to 30 days early.

Receive email out of the blue saying they suspending our account without any reason other than we dont meet their risk adjusted return criteria.

No idea what that means other than they don't make enough money from us to meet their return criteria.

Again, we pay on time, and mostly early within days of receiving statement date.

Stay well away from this awful company.

Dock känns det som att vissa delar av plattformen fortfarande saknas och behöver förbättras för att verkligen leva upp till sitt fulla potential. Had a lot of issues with exchange rates, slow admin and haulted payments with my swedish bank and joined juni to solve these. Juni is a amazing bank, i can't believe that companies still use traditional banks. Juni has everything a traditional bank has and more! I've saved so much time and money + amazing customer service!

An unbelievable disappointing end to what was a good relationship. A severe lack of communication, solutions or empathy, makes me feel like Juni has lost its routes a little.

As one of Juni’s early customers for last 2 years, a good relationship was built, I had adapted to their new structure for our account halving my credit terms and implementing a £50 a month charge (much more than Amex or Capital on Tap) - through the loyalty I agreed with this and stayed with Juni.

Due to a confusion around a direct debit automatic payment system (which Juni still do not have) meaning manual payments are required for changing amounts every month. Juni terminated and blocked our account instantly, without warning or courtesy call. Which after 2 years of customer, communication and support was upsetting but also very disappointing.

This impacted all our marketing ads, shipping couriers payments failing, and causing a huge loss of revenue over 24 hours. A huge inconvenience and very costly too.

It seems Juni have reached a point where they no longer care or have empathy to small businesses or owners, which was the reason I went with them in the first place over other providers. The lack of courtesy, when I felt a valued customer shows this.

They will claim multiple (small) late payments, but with a disregard to what was an agreed situation whilst they have no automatic payment solution. Even still, courtesy and communication to a 2 year customer who has spoke nothing but good of the business, doesn’t take a lot.

If you're in the e-commerce space, Juni is hands down the best banking option out there. As an e-commerce brand owner running ads regularly, we found Juni to be a game-changer. The credit/debit card platform is extremely easy to use, and our account managers have always been very helpful and super-responsive. I've been very happy with all our dealings with Juni.

Juni is a super important part of our business! We would not have the opportunity to grow our product line and stock, while keeping our cash flow without Juni.

The customer service is always great and very helpful, you can reach out and get help directly when something is very urgent but you also have a personal "success manager". A person who will help you with more strategically on how to use Juni and are updating you with their latest updates and news.

It is a platform that have been missing some parts, but it's always in motion and a lot are happening all the time – it's fun to be together on this journey.

I have been using Juni for the last three years, and I have to say that it is the best platform for managing your financial operations online.
The platform is very advanced, and you have the cheapest FX rate in the market, plus 1% cash back on credit card payments.

I signed up for a free account with Juni.co a few years ago. I never used it, since they didn't have all needed functionality.
Now I keep receiving e-mails that I have a negative balance and that I need to top up my account.
I have contacted support and asked them to close the account but no reply.
