Very happy...
Using Juni as our business credit card solution has been a breeze so far - they have very helpful staff who respond quickly to queries and any issues, and have a well built transaction management system which makes uploading receipts/invoices easy. I know they are coming up with great additions like QuickBooks integration and Apple/Google Pay very soon, which will improve the service further. All in all, I'm happy to recommend Juni as a credit solution for small business.

Great service and amazing new features coming out consistently making our e-com business more cash flow efficient and smart.

I find the Juni site user friendly and intuitive to use. It's super easy to set up new cards and manage them!
But the very best thing about Juni in my experience is the support you get from your Account Manager. Super speedy replies to any query no matter how big or small and nothing is EVER too much trouble.

If you can’t handle the regulations, stop instead of rejecting everyone who is not your ideal customer
After providing all the information and documentation, I got rejected due to regulatory reasons.
Truth to be told, I am a senior KYC/CDD specialist and understand the regulatory environment. My business is registered and active in The Netherlands, a neutral risk country, CRS with a transparant and simple UBO structure as I am a sole entrepreneur.
I digitally identified and verified with a driving license successfully.
I have a small ecommerce business selling one product from stock, with Klarna and all, and does not impose any risk.
There is literally no significant and material regulatory risk over there. The standard e-mails rejecting the application and from recovery blaiming “regulations” are annoying and weak.
Just tell me you don’t like me as a client business wise. Too small to be profitable on me. Don’t use the regulatory card, because that way you tell me indirectly I impose a significant KYC/CDD risk making me look like a criminal and that’s annoying me the most!

It gives our team the payment tools, the analytics, the payment methods being issued within minutes and the set of reporting suitable for our accounting team.
No more trouble with lack of payment tools for a Facebook.

Smoothest onboarding in the industry
Smoothest onboarding in the industry. Some minor issues, but all taken care of within an instant by the Juni team.
We are probably not exactly Juni's target audience, but its a great way as European ad company to get cashback on card spend. Plus, it's one of the cheapest ways to convert USD to EUR and vice versa at good rates.
10/10 would recommend.
