I’ve ordered from Julia Mercer twice. The website is well-organised and ordering is fairly straightforward. I ordered three pairs of shorts. Delivery was quite prompt, I managed to get a discount, and I’m happy with my purchases. Thank you for that. The only point to note is that the email notifications regarding status updates and delivery are sent quite late in the evening or at night.
Terriable company n they lie they are not from Australia they are from China the clothes are a cheap knock off awful n when u do get to send it back its to China n the cost is ridiculous. You’ve already lost half of your money with the postage. Do Not buy from this company. You will be very very sorry.

I ordered 2x size 11 sandles from this store. They delivered 2 x size 9.5. No apology for their error and they tell me they dont have my size and I can keep the sandles delivered (which are useless) and are offering only a 10% refund. I want to return them and get a full refund - they're not accommodating at all. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE. Their sizes are wrong and there return and refund policy is non existent!! Very dissapointed!!

Absolutely nothing like Picture.
No flowing material and a sleeve missing. XL is too small and I am a 14 to 16.
I would be afraid to go near a flame, all nylon.
Also, delivery came from China, even though promoted as Australian Company.
I will endeavour to get my money back.

The items are not what are pictured.
I purchased a pair of sandals for $66 AUD, expecting braided leather and cork soles.
I received a pair of plastic crap. There is no leather, the straps are fabric and the soles are plastic.
When I contacted customer support they offered me a free item from their site (I’d have to pay S&H) as a consultation for the bait and switch they did with their website.
