A very bad experience. The items I purchased are nowhere near as good as what is shown on the website—in short, it’s a scam. Furthermore, if you want to return the items and get a refund, you have to pay for shipping, which costs roughly the same amount as the original order itself.

You will NOT get what you think. This company is a scam. They advertise themselves as being local, going off another business with the same name based in Victoria. I wanted to return the product and the process was almost impossible, with no confirmation email, no receipt of invoice and the expectation I will pay 40 euros to ship back to China. And even then, I may not get a refund as it will need to be reviewed. The product itself was a dress with no internal tag and felt very plastic. STAY AWAY!

Took 4 weeks to deliver.
Quality of the material and dress was poorly made.
Very disappointed.

Took my money and thenthey cancelled my order on me and was told I need to wait 7-190 days for the refund to come through!!! There should be an option for 0 stars.

If i could rate this dress 0/5 I would. The fabric is shitty quality and a terrible fit, it came after the event I purchased it for despite allowing over 3 weeks for arrival. No tags leading me to believe it had already been returned once. The support email bounces back so I cant request a return. Do not be fooled by the photos.

I purchased the dress in good faith that you had a 30 day returns policy.
When the dress FINALLY arrived from Sydney ?

It was shocking to see the poor workmanship of this dress. It was like a mass produce Shein or Temu product, well maybe not even as good as shein ir Temu.
I contacted your customer service team and was told I was able to return, to their overseas office and was going to cost me $65Au approx on an $80 dress!!

Ridiculous!
This was no fault of mine, the dress is the poorest quality I have ever seen and you wanted me to return or offered me a 20% refund and I keep the dress lol. After emails back and forth, I agreed to a 50% refund and I have donated the dress to charity.

I will Never buy from your company nor recommend it.
Your website is lies and your products are rubbish.

Returns are a joke!! Before ordering second dress I asked if I could return it if it didn’t fit or suit, I was advised not a problem. My order arrived, quality of material was cheap and fit was wrong. I messaged to arrange return only to then be told to return a shipment it has to be shipped back to china and my own expense!!!

DO NOT ORDER - clothing are from Temu or Shein and are absolutely horrific quality. The whole site is fake and a copy of an actual store in Castlemaine.

Absolute missleading company front. Items come directly to you from China, cheaply made, poor sizing and don't even bother to try and return them. They will offer you a 10% refund or you will have to pay$65 AUD to return items for replacement. Keep negotiating they will go to 25% refund but whats the use if you can't wear it? They don't even acknowledge any fault. I hate these scummy false money grabbing rat bags.

Terrible quality, misleading photos and a $65 return cost

The clothes I received from Ivy & Grace Sydney were absolute rubbish and looked nothing like the photographs on their website. Had the photos accurately shown what was being sold, I would never have ordered.

Despite the “Sydney” branding, my order arrived from China. I feel completely misled about both the clothing and the impression that I was buying from a local business.

To make matters worse, I was told it would cost $65 to return these disappointing items. Expecting customers to bear that cost when the goods look nothing like the advertising is unacceptable.

A complete waste of money. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend avoiding this website.

I ordered dresses advertised as a cotton blend, but the items I received had no labelling or wash instructions and the fabric was polyester/nylon, very clinging and unsupportive. It didn’t match the product description or what I expected. When I contacted customer support, they refused to resolve it through their Australian return process (their website return policy says it can be returned to the following:37 Mostyn Street, Castlemaine VIC 3450, Australia) and instead demanded I ship the items to China at my own expense (including return shipping/customs/duties, at a cost of around US$60) for a refund. Please do NOT order from this scam business. They sell badly made,inferior material dresses. I ordered two cost me over $150au and they were on sale. Once they finally delivered (and no they do NOT come from Sydney,they come from China) I knew straight away they were horrible, and nothing like pictured. I tried them on, and confirmed this. They were ill fitting, sagged and draped in every place that they shouldn’t have. I contacted their help line immediately (so literally an hour after I collected my package) to be met with your happiness is important to us so we will offer you 30% refund and you keep the dresses? Ah NO I want to return the dresses for a FULL money return as your policy clearly states? Then you will need to return them to China, pay import taxes on the clothing etc.. just accept our 30% refund, it will be cheaper to you in the end? Then I said I’d have to contact the Australian Consumer Protection and I was sent a very long statement on how they follow the guidelines and I have no recall to get my full refund back. So they would “just leave that with me to have a think about”? I have screenshots of all communication if anyone else even considers buying from this sight.. please DONT

This is a scam.
This company advertises that they are based in Sydney and are having a moving sale. But the products are of poor quality, and do not match the pictures on website. Their return address is China, so you will end up paying more than what you paid to return and stuck, I still have not received a refund. Emailed multiple times and each time get what seems to be an AI response with excuses ... shipping takes long, needs to clear China customs, has to get to the warehouse, must past final inspection. Stay away.
