Will definitely use again.

Bought a couple of bargains in the summer sale, really nicely packaged and quick delivery. Bonus is the free delivery with no minimum spend. Puts some of the main designer companies to shame.

Love their clothes, sadly the top I bought didn't fit but customer care helped me exchange for a better size which I was happy with!

Tommy Hilfiger best price in market

Tommy Hilfiger polo shirt, photo in accordance with reality, size medium is as it should be (in accordance with my size), very good price, certainly not the last product i would buy from this retailer I would recommend this retailer to everyone Andrzej

I returned a Victoria Beckham jumper…

I returned a Victoria Beckham jumper after checking they had received it back I emailed asking when I would receive my refund. I received an email back saying due to Covid things where taking longer. I find this unacceptable they are quick enough to take your money. I still have not had my refund!!!

BEWARE-untrustworthy and dodgy

Terrible company and service. Sent me out a second-hand black Moschino dress that had white lines all over it. Realised late past the return date. Jules B are refusing to refund and offering me a store credit. Like I want to deal with them again! Also offering a pitiful £6 off the dress and dry cleaning. I don’t want a faulty dress that someone has bought and still pay top dollar for it.
Syrjola and Anna are a pair of blaggers trying every trick in the book and pulling out the consumer right act from 2015 and legal jargon that they’ve pulled up on google. I’m Not interested in that. Moschino give a 2 year warranty end of. If you any sense don’t shop here. Plenty of other shops that stock great designer wear and give fab customer service. If you look on their reviews on trustpilot and Facebook. Some very negative ones which they respond to but don’t action what they say. They don’t like refunding in any situation.
