I purchased a designer jacket at Jules B b/c the price was lower than other US retailers and many US retailers were out of stock. I was a little skeptical that I might experience an issue ordering from an overseas retailer for the first time. What a waist of time, the worst online experience i have ever, how could that happen an order that supposed to be sent to the US , it was sent to the UK worse , customer service said once we receive the package we will refund are we in north Korea!!???

Again faulty goods, a pair of Oliver Sweeney boots, unwearable due to tie hook breaking, reported to julesb, stated they would be in-touch. Never heard from them again. Very very poor customer services. Don’t buy from these. Lots of better service companies online. Stay clear.
