Jones London 

Ordered a jumper that took weeks to arrive and the quality is terrible. Didn’t realise I was ordering from China.

As the other reviews say. This is a scam and I can’t believe I fell for it. They imply that they are a London based fashion house operating since 2004 and are selling items 1/2 price to celebrate 20 years in business. The items look amazing. I ordered a gorgeous multi coloured knitted Cardigan with 3D embroidery added on top.
I received a horrible Cardigan made from T shirt fabric with all colour and detail printed on. I then discovered that in order to get a refund I needed to contact cutomer services( that doesn’t exist) and return to an address in China (described as their suppliers) at my own expense
Please don’t buy from them I wish I knew how to report them

As so many people have said, I wouldnt even give one star. It was SO bad I sent it back to the return address on the package, only to be told this doesnt qualify me for a refund.. TOTAL SCAM ON EVERY LEVEL. The most awful online company I have ever seen, implying a family run business of over 30 years, no mention of China anywhere except in their returns policy, which you assume would be a straight forward transaction from what they imply. I am then told it will cost me more money to return it than I actually paid for this product, in order to get a “refund”. Thsi company breaches all UK consumer protection laws but they dont tell you that at all, infact they dont mention China at all unless you read the returns clause. I am going to do all I can to shut this company down, as they are TOTALLY dishonest in every description of all their products…. How they can trade in the UK is beyond me. And do they respond to their 99% one star reviews?? Of course they dont. Jones London should be called Jones China, but they dont, they imply its a UK based company…. an absolute disgrace and the most appauling customer service I have ever experienced in buying an online product…. Avoid avoid avoid. Out of principle I am goind to seek legal advice, its not about the money, its about the totally unethical description of their BS products

I would not rate this company at all. They give the impression that they are British when in fact the goods come from China.
I ordered a supposedly woollen jumper which had been reduced down to £31.45 which originally they claim was an expensive item. I ordered it on the 11 Sept it arrived yesterday 25 Sept.
It is unwearable, too small, there are no labels showing the size, what is is made off, or instruction of any kind re washing the garment.
I contacted the company and was told if I returned it, it would be at my expense and could cost me £25 - £30 and it could be detained by customs etc. in other words I have been well and truly taken in.
I have taken steps to make this known to those who can look into this matter fully.
Facebook need to be made aware of this company, perhaps Trustpilot will do this.

I was lured in by an advert on Facebook for Jones London sale. Same experience as all the other one star reviews. Company mis-representation, sub standard sweater, and may only be returned to China… DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Absolutely appalling products! Nothing like picture and to return for refund you have to pay shipping which starts at £20. Complete anc utter con. My tracksuit could have fitted more like a size 22 than a size 12!

Scam company. Order takes weeks to arrive and if you are lucky enough to receive it, it doesn't resemble what you've ordered at all. Avoid

CROOKS …. Stupidly taken in by their website that looks completely legit . Spent over £100 I’ve had to bin items due to terrible quality
They make it impossible to return and if you did …all at your own expense and doesent guarantee they will receive as they say it might get lost at customs ( which you will also have to pay the custom fees !! )

Just read the reviews. Sub standard product which takes ages to come. Would send back but can't be arsed as it will just be more hassle. Do yourself a favor and avoid.

SCAM FROM CHINA, DON’T FALL FOR IT
They advertised products on Facebook saying they are Jones London in UK. I thought it was Jones Bootmakers in London. When I received the CHEAP QUALITY items, I knew it wasn’t Jones and asked to return the items. SURPRISE SURPRISE, you can only return to CHINA, which will probably cost you more than you purchased. By all means AVOID AVOID AVOID

The dress was substandard as well as taking a long time to arrive. I have been told I can return it at a cost of £20-£35, a dress take cost £29.99.
I would never buy from this company again and would warn everyone else to avoid using this site.
I don't know why they call theirselves Jones London when they are in China

Very disappointed if the quality of fabric it look like second hand I have paid the top n matching trousers £35 but in reality don’t worth then £5 im not sure why it called jones London I guess its from china it took long to come and the quality is dreadful I do not recommend this company at all I do regret my purchase but never again! Rubbish quality!

I ordered a beautiful looking leather tote bag which was reduced from £80 to £39.95 - total bargain, couldn’t wait for it to arrive..
When it eventually arrived it was a cheap nasty plastic fake leather bag with a felt interior. Absolutely disgraceful. I decided to return it straight away to Jones ‘London’ but of course you can’t return it to London you have to return It to China at your own expense (£25-£35). I messaged them to complain and they replied saying they were sorry I wasn’t satisfied and was welcome to return it or keep it and take a 15% refund. I had paid via PayPal so I raised a complaint with them and got offered a 25% refund which I’m still not happy with but accepted just to be done with it.
I just wish I’d come here first and read the reviews. Lesson learned - if something looks too good to be true it usually is.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY They are total scammers who should receive a minus score on the review. They appear to be a long standing UK company but in fact they are a Chinese company based is Ningbo Zhejiang. I ordered a high quality leather bag but received a fake Pu Leather bag, certainly not worth the money. BE WARNED!

Awful experience, do not buy from this company! I thought they were Jones Bookmakers and impulse bought a pair of shoes which I regretted when they arrived. Shoes looked cheap, didn't match the product image on their site and didn't fit. Their website is misleading and masquerades as a UK company. When I complained they offered a 15% refund despite claiming on their website they "offer a risk-free trial period of 14 days. If you don't love our products, we'll give you your money back."
They claim you can return products for a full refund but are reluctant to give details and only provide an address in China when pressed. They'd clearly prefer you keep the product because they follow the worst business model of producing small production runs on inferior product likely by exploitong multiple tiny 3rd party companies. Awful company, terrible business model, intentionally misleading. Avoid! I wish I'd read reviews on here before I bought and will be a lot more careful in future.

ordered a pair of shoes, they arrived and were too small - absolutely not the correct sizing by UK standards. Very poor quality and when I asked to return the product I was told that I could do so, but that the product would be held at Chinese customs and I was unlikely to ever get the product back to them and so would not receive any money back at all. If I did send back it was at my own risk! I was offered originally 15% refund and keep the product. Complained, and this was raised to 20%.
An absolute joke of a company who has no returns policy. If you buy the product, you are stuck with it.

I stupidly purchased thinking this was Jones Bootmaker (probably their intention) parcel took 3 weeks to come and you have to send back at own expense to China, starting at £20. Feel like a total idiot. £40 down. Please beware!!

Absolute garbage from China……..cheap, nasty shoe. Glad I didn’t pay full price. Should have read the returns policy before purchase. They will only accept returns to China at your own expense (£20-£35!). They offered me 15% of my purchase price & suggested I donate the rubbish they sent me to charity. Foolish customer here who will never do this again.

I bought a jacket from Jones London. It arrived from China, the quality was appaling, the size ridiculous and the returns policy is effectively “pay it yourself to get it returned”. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Woolen jumper ordered, cheap polyester item supplied. Avoid at all cost, however I think they are now trading under another name on Facebook!!!
