This is a scam company. They are low quality products. Despite the high end facade they are based in China and takes weeks to arrive. Check their returns policy as it’s appalling. You have to pay a minimum of £20 and the potential to pay customs cost for it to go back into China. They sent me the wrong item and their customer service team refuse to acknowledge the error was theirs and suggested I ‘gift’ to a friend or family member !!

How can this scammer be allowed to trade?

Using London location and famous Jones name, this warehouse in China is sending plastic to uk (advertised as leather)!
They don’t do refunds / returns to China (surprise- not a welcoming family business in London! As it says on their website) are described as impossible - offering 10%, postage is £22 at your own risk. ⚠️ it has been reported to the highest level Must be banned to trade!

Not sure this company should be calling itself Jones London! Jones China would be more appropriate. A few weeks ago I ordered and paid for two sweaters at £30 each supposedly reduced from £60 each. I had almost given up on them when the parcel finally arrived on Friday. The quality of the sweaters is not brilliant, to say the least. They are so badly creased and nothing is helping to get the creases out. I'm also concerned about washing them as I fear they will fall apart. The colours and designs are the same as the pictures on the advert but the quality is very poor for the money! What a waste of sixty pounds! DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THIS FAKE COMPANY. I can't be bothered arguing and sending them back, it would cost so much. I'll try and get them pressed and gift them to my nearest homeless shelter. Very disappointed.

So after reading the other reviews I’ve just realised that I’m another mug in the long list of people that have fallen for this scam. Like so many others I fell for a click bait advert on Facebook where this company was advertising lovely leather bags on sale due to the leather side of the business closing down. Two weeks later I’ve received my order - a badly shaped, poorly packed bag which came in a plastic envelope without even an invoice. The item is not only fake (PU leather) but defective too. I’ve sent an email to the customer services but in light of the reviews I won’t even bother now waiting for a reply or trying to return for a refund. Everyday is a school day, I should have checked here first🙄

Edit - actually as someone else has mentioned, if you’ve paid with PayPal you can raise a case with them. Worth giving it a go🙂

Another scam seller from China. Inferior quality bags and shirt. Not leather not linen. And surprise - no return is simple only return to china warehouse address with extortionate fees and they offer 15% refund for you to keep the item. This is unfair. I don’t want the shirt, it’s not linen and the size is wrong. The bag is so fake it’s got a terrible smell and looks terrible. Now forced to accept 15% as the cost to return with risk of being held up in customs outweighs the benefit.

Do not buy from this company!

Ditto all of the other comments. Same experience and furious that Meta allow such scam companies to advertise. Feel a mug as I should have checked here first. Haven’t even been offered any refund and have the nastiest jacket in the world that is more a xs than m.

I would give no star if that was possible. This is a scam site. The ‘leather’ bags I received are NOT leather and are of the poorest quality!

Cheap plastic shoes and bags from china and they don’t accept returns

I too fell for their marketing and bought a lovely jacket for my husband - it’s just awful material and terrible quality, looks nothing like the advert and it wasn’t cheap. How do I go about returning it ?

The company is a scam , stay away. When I realised that the quality is shoddy the day I ordered the products I tried to cancel but despite my repeated attempts they won’t cancel . Goods got delivered after 17 days . I ordered the advertised wool jumpers and what was delivered is the cheapest polyester products and that too of the wrong colour .

This is a scam company. I got two jumpers advertised as “wool”, bu when they arrived both we made of poor quality polyester. Do not be fooled by their description !

So the poor quality cheap pieces of plastic they sent me as leather handbags finally arrived. I again requested a refund 9f the £90 i spent for 3 bags. This was their response:

This is a scam - they have multiple websites. The products are horrific, do not fit and basically plastic + sac cloths. Returns are met by a barrage of emails and then need to return to China. Its impossible

I paid for a green shirt that looked amazing on Facebook. I received a shoddy Brown shirt that was obviously nothing like the one I ordered. I was emailed that the ONLY way to swap or return for a refund was to post the (wrong) brown shirt at my own risk and cost (£20 min cost up to £100+) to mainland China. Jones-London run an absolutely amazing and very profitable scam with the click-bait web of gorgeous clothes and falsely adding “London” to their name - trapping a huge and continuous stream of unsuspecting mugs (like me!). BEWARE!

Misled as others have posted. Why does Trustpilot allow them to post excellent reviews! Also, social media sites need to protect customers and stop advertising this company. Ordered a size Small and got 3 XL! Poor quality material. Horrified it was from CHINA. No reply from customer services to even send the correct size.

They are Chinese crooks. Nice looking web site which had me (& other reviewers) fooled- says they are " of London"- big lie as theres no city called London in China!
Sent £62 for 2 " leather bags"- big mistake. They kept my money, then 6 weeks later sent me 2 ugly heavy plastic bags which the local charity shop did not really want but took them -yet 2 weeks later theyre still there on the shelf- nobody wants them even for £3 each! - heavy thick plastic -ugliest bags I ever saw & heaviest ever felt - plastic rubbish.
This Jones of London lie on their web site that Trust Pilot gave them 4.5 out of 5 stars for reviews... well just read these for yourself- not even 1 four or five star ! . These Chinese Scammers & thieves stole my money, then when I photographed them & parcelled them up to send back for a refund- they emailed that returning is not an option as they will likely go missing at chinese customs - so they would only refund 15% of my money.
I will try get it back from my bank, as these scammers have NO customer services - no contact number & they dont answer emails as they advertise on their web site ! Avoid them at all costs! Check Trust Pilot first.. I certainly will from now on before paying for anything online! Worst online scammer traders in 20 years AVOID at all cost.
I will contact Trading Standards- dont they need a livense to trsde in the U.K.? -if so it should be immediately revoked.

Item arrived after three weeks. I thought I was buying from a UK Company but it appears it is China! They make it very difficult to return items for refund. I will pass item on to charity. Totally miss advertised as a UK Company with 30 years of trading! Don’t buy from them!

Yet another con! A company making out they are British but actually Chinese selling poor quality goods . I bought shoes which are too small and certainly not leather and so I asked to return them and get a refund! They now say that goods have to returned to China at a cost of £20 to £35 , and they won’t guarantee full refund if the goods are not received or damaged in transport! However they will give me a 15% refund NOT to return the goods ! It’s about time there were controls on such companies!

Obvious scammers. I was suspicious but then thought if I lose only £29 I could live with that. Sure enough I lost £29.

Scammers for sure. Don’t know how they get away with it so consistently.
