Nasty, ugly, cheap looking shoes from China...nothing like the picture. Dreadful quality.
So annoyed at myself for buying this crap..thought it was Jones Bootmaker 🙄

Unfortunately I have also received shoes that are plastic and not leather and as with others I have been told I will have to pay a fee between £20.00-£35.00 to return plus and extra fee at the Airport. I have been offered a £5.10 refund out of at £34.00 purchase.

I bought a jacket from this site based on an Instagram ad. The pictures and offer seemed reasonable, however when the item arrived it was of very poor quality and significantly smaller than advertised. That's when the problems started. Despite the returns policy, the reality is they don't really accept returns.
They put multiple obstacles in the way.
They only have a single office in China - for all of their purchases. There's nothing wrong with that at all BUT all returns have to be returned there, at your own expense. If it's lost it's your liability. If they decide the return is invalid, it's your liability.
Returning the item can cost anywhere between £20 and £60 and still there's no gaurantee that you'll get your money back.

An extremely disreputable company posing as a British company. I ordered a dress which didn’t fit nor of good quality. No return label so I sent it back to the address on the package. It was tracked by Royal Mail but no refund. Via email I am told they have one warehouse in the entire world….China….and I should have sent it back there. So no dress, no refund and obviously they have the dress!!! Have cautioned PayPal that their services are being misused. Conclusion…..do not purchase from this company. The star is only because I can’t award none! 😡

They are falsely advertising leather bags for sale on their website when in fact they are cheap nasty plastic bags imported from China... Beware do not buy from this company!!

Annoyed with myself as I usually check these companies out. Scam, Scam, Scam. Cheap tat. Company making out it is based in London. These companies should be taken down by Facebook etc. As soon as it took over 2 weeks to arrive I new that I would open the package to find a pile of rubbish. The zips are all wonky, might try and claim through my credit card and go down the faulty goods route. Not paying a fortune to send back to China for them never to arrive!

I am yet another person who fell for this "half price leather bag" which is a piece of crap 😭
I was offered at 50% refund, I refused, their latest is 15%! As others have said, they say the cost of return, over £30, is down to me. They don't encourage returns due to the "CO emissions" 🤣 I'm pleased they're so environmentally conscientious!! They don't want returns as everything will go back. Case opened with PayPal.

Would not give one star, do not buy from here. Ordered a ‘leather’ tote bag, clearly not leather. Totally false representation of products, can’t believe I didn’t read the reviews as that is what I usually always do.

Not to be trusted. A Chinese company selling poor quality clothing. Bought what I thought was a charcoal grey jersey top and joggers. Received it today. It's pale grey and the material is cheap, shiny nylon. I paid £39 for it. Wouldn't have bought it even if it was priced at a fiver. Don't touch this company. Complete scam.

They are not U.K. based firstly. You cannot get a refund, they make it virtually impossible. I ordered an item for my Mother, it arrived 3 weeks later from China and the quality was awful.
When dealing with customers they are not responsive although they do get back to you in the end. I will be throwing the item in the bin and accepting that my money has been lost.

They sell inferior quality product that looks good only in the picture. And they make return so difficult. I wish I had read the reviews before placing the order.

Zero starts not offered. Ordered "vintage Leather bag". The bag that arrived was not the same as picture BUT also NOT LEATHER. will be reporting to trade descriptions. Will cost me £20 to return.

This is a scam company the products are dreadful and the return policy make it impossible to get a return avoid them at all costs.

Couldn't agree more with the other reviews, why oh why did I not read them before parting with my hard earned cash, this is a SHAM COMPANY. This company pass off plastic goods as leather and all the items on their website are not as advertised. I will be contacting trading standards.

The one 5 star review here is a mistake - the reviews content itself is very negative. They are NOT a happy customer! Please correct as any five stars could be very harmful. Hoping no one else gets taken in by these scammers.

Sent for and received a very inferior quality across the body bag. Emailed customer services to say I was sending it back and what address I should send it back to. Received this email a few days later.

Amazed to find that full refund came into my account this week!! After reading reviews after I ordered did not expect to have money back. Will never order anything from Facebook again. Learnt lesson 🙈

So like you can read below on this company.its a FAKE!, Nothing to do with any leather stores in London..What's even worse I tried to cancel this minutes after purchasing. Saw the Trustpilot reviews as a 4. But then went onto read the reviews. Tried to cancel the transaction at the bank but cannot..Will just have to wait for the poor quality bags to arrive. Iv emailed them about 6 times no reply but will tell me that the bags are on their way. So no idea how I could have cancelled the order....Why are they getting away with it. Surely someone has the power to close them down...Bet they are making thousands from people like us!! I usually savvy than this offer too good to be true and all that!!! Will try and get the money back but i bet it won't happen!

Awful quality, awful colour and just cheap rubbish. I'll use it as a dog toy bag. Wish I'd read these reviews first, I'm usually very careful. Ah well 😔 spilt milk and all that.
