Jones London 

Wish I'd read the real trust pilot reviews instead of the ones on the website. After 3 weeks I received my "denims" from China (not London as advertised). Just flimsy polyester, badly sewn and oversized. In no way worth the price paid and nothing like the photographs.

I've written to complain but based on all the other reviews they will try and charge me to send back to China. Scam company, avoid avoid, avoid!

Absolutely disgraceful company Do not give them your custom it will cost you ££££ to return they are not from London but China! Very misleading. My 81 year old mum has had a nightmare trying to return a £35 jumper which was very very small! They advise when you want to return it will cost over £120 to return and may also incur a customs fee they offered a refund of 15% Customer Service disgusting! A poor old lady of over 80 should not be treated like that actually nobody should.
Definitely scammers! Thank goodness she paid by PayPal they were amazing

As with all the other reviews… total scam. Wish I had dug a bit deeper but also thought I was buying from the Jones shoe brand.

Scammers ... but sophisticated. No indication that Chinese until you receive shipping information. Shoddy,synthetic product in rubbish sizing with no label, care instructions, product material etc. Then when you ask for refund tell you you have to return to China at your cost probably stopped at customs and so on.
Raised charge back, so was refunded but Jones sent false information to card company so rescinded. Contacted credit

company again and received full amount as long-standing client but so annoyed Jones London hasn't suffered

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Their goods are such poor quality. They give the impression they are in London. You cannot return anything unless you want to pay more for postage than the goods are worth (and even then the process is so complex that it is impossible). Their emails are lies and offer false delivery information. Like everyone else, I wish I had read these reviews. I mistook the name of the company and assumed they were a legitimate business with quality goods. SO WRONG.

I second all of this. They have offered me a 15% refund or the China return option. One thing I’ve noticed - their communication is remarkably literate and convincing - none of the usual clues that is a scam.

The website sells products which do not reflect the reality: materials often are different from the description as most of them are made with polyester and acrylic. Forget about cotton and wool which you read in the description of the website. Labels are not often attached and if there are, these do not fulfill the informations you need like how to take care of the items, size missing. The finish of the clothes do not reflect the price they charge also after the sale.
Customer service is not helpful to return the items as they make it impossible to do so. They do not have a branch in UK as they produce in CHINA. All products are made in China! The name of the website is misleading, products are not manufactured properly, quality is not good. Please stay far away from this company! Save your money and time!!!!

Read the reviews. I wish I had. The goods are counterfeit from China and you will never be able to return- the suggested I pay £108 to use FedEx, but might have to pay more when the goods get stuck in customs in China . Complete scam! I misguidedly thought I was dealing with the other Jones shoe company when I ordered and should have checked more carefully, since I have been totally scammed. So angry with people who do this and have reported to the relevant authorities

If I could give a zero or negative score I would. Poor quality, not leather and zips sticking as I opened them. I can't believe I was scammed by this company. I'm usually so careful. Do not buy from this company. Bag I bought is worth about about £6 at the most! I paid £40, idiot!

Low quality product,complete scum. I received my purchase which described by seller as a “premium leather” hand bags whereas in reality cheap plastic synthetic material with peculiar smell to it . When ask for return trough PayPal I was initially offered 50% refund and to keep this rubbish which I refused. Then seller agreed to refund when I post it back ( tracked and cost me another £30) , These items were returned now and somewhere in China ( tracking is not providing information if it was received- I wonder if seller also provides a fake return address to avoid paying refund?

READ THE REVIEWS ABOUT JONES LONDON! And importantly check their returns policy before you buy. Great marketing on Instagram but the product was so cheap and poorly made that I asked to return it. Here is their reply:

Returning the item (which cost me £49) could have cost me more than the item itself. I settled for a 50% refund for an item that I am unlikely to wear. I'll put it on ebay or depop.

Proceed with caution!

SCAMMERS. The products are NOT leather (despite the description saying "genuine leather" on the bag I purchased), and they are refusing a refund. DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY.

I've just received my purchase from S P Jones.
It's absolutely disgusting. It's not as described and not even leather. Do not buy anything from this company.
Total scam.

Led to believe this was a UK based company!
Shoes came on a slow boat from China.
Material awful, they are not a size 41 more like a 38 . Do not order. paid £38 for unwearable shoes. Not fit for purpose 😔

I also read the reviews too late. No response to emails - they promise a 24 hour response time, no phone number, made out to be in London, quality is poor and I want to get my money back. DO NOT GO NEAR THEM. Facebook should block them.

This company is absolutely terrible. Do not buy from them. They market as though they are based in the UK. The returns are done ‘through a small outlet in China’. If you request a refund they stall with recurrent emails until it is too late. If you want to refund they say you have to pay the postage tracked to china plus the customs duty. There is no guarantee they will honour the return even then. They offered me a 20% refund to save the environment and then refused to pay this saying I had accepted after the refund deadline (they had stalled this by sending multiple emails). ALS the clothes are absolutely terrible synthetic shapeless and nasty to wear. DO NOT BUY from them.
