Jones London 

Poor quality jacket made to look like good quality in photo. So I'm trying to get a refund, but they insist I send it to china with the postage costing £49 which is 75% of what I paid for the jacket.
Absolute con artists.

Absolute con, ordered 2 zip up wool sweaters and after waiting what seemed like weeks I got 2 polyester tops completely different to my order. They point out return shipping costs at my expense is expensive and offering 20% refund as the returns are china (say no more) bloody angry I got sucked in.

All 3 items I bought are synthetic and misdescribed ie not leather, not cotton, not wool! Under UK law, this means a 100% refund is due and their ridiculous returns policy .. pay postage to China, plus customs and bear the risk of it not reaching destination .. is irrelevant. Their marketing indicates they are a UK based business and I believed that this was a close-out sale! I insisted on a full refund and received 20% from them .. have told them I’m entitled to the remaining 80% and have lodged a dispute with PayPal. My personal lesson is to check the refund policies as this reveals that the operation is in China. To anyone else .. don’t go near this company!!

I bought a handbag from Jones London on 26 July 2024. I have yet to receive it through their delivery carrier, 4PX. It is impossible to contact through telephone to either of them; there is no given telephone for Jones London and 4PX never picks up. Jones London's orders start from China, not London. Avoid them!!!

Just bought my bag. Not from London but from China. Not real leather. Not as described in anyway. Cheap and nasty. So disappointed. Absolute scam steer clear of this company. I don’t know why Facebook allow them to advertise on their forum. Obviously they don’t care about their users. Do better Facebook!

Do not buy from this company they are a scam. I bought some shoes, they wouldn't fit a child. I have asked to return them. Been told it would cost me a lot of money to do that they have offered me 15% of the total. You can only return to China!
I shall be asking my bank to withdraw their payment!

I have contacted my bank and they are refunding the money to me.

They advertised a fake photo of an old couple who decided to get married and close down the business, I made an order to support old people but this company never sent my order and there is a fake tracker which shows me all the way from China not from London as from advertising, the tracker says “has been delivered” when I asked for a photo or picture of proof of the delivery they sent me just a few words in Chinese language, but on the advertisement it clearly said the old couple live in London and decided to close down business so this is a scam, people please do not believe and DO NOT buy anything from them.

I also wish I had read reviews prior to purchase!
A Chinese company making poor quality, Ill fitting clothing, nothing like the photos.

Like others I didn’t find these reviews until too late. Bag received is not leather and from China. Have emailed but guessing I won’t get s response. Am going to report everywhere I can.

Very misleading, I suspect the other reviews that I saw are not genuine. 10 days later and not received full order. Products not from the UK. What I received was very poor quality and does not match the price. Purchase at your own risk.

This company is a scam - do not purchase from them.

If I could give a minus score I would. Utter con. Should be illegal and shut down. Products bear no relation to what is advertised. Appalling quality and impossible to be refunded. Avoid at all costs.

I would rate 0 stars if I could. This company is a total scam. Goods received will not remotely resemble what you order. Jones of London is not in London but in China. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Absolute con merchants

having read all of the negative comments (after ordering 😩) i was dreading receiving my yellow bag, but it is exactly what was advertised and exactly what i expected … i LOVE it! i can’t comment on longevity (which is why 4 and not 5 stars) because i’ve only used it twice - but i hope that it lasts as long as possible because it is gorgeous!

Very poor quality led me to believe they were closing their family business in London. There is no business in London. Their account is in the Netherlands and stock comes from China. Plastic rubbish and nothing Leather. You cannot contact them and they won’t reply to you. Have reported to my bank to get money back as total scam.

I read everything written here a little late. I had already placed my order. Another scammers. The bags have nothing to do with the photos. Through the bottom of my brown bag, I can see my laminate floor. I don't know why someone doesn't stop these scammers, it's people like them that make people disillusioned with English manufacturers. Chinese junk.

Annoyed with myself for not checking here before buying. There is no way that the jumper I have purchased (offered at a 50% discount & previously at £60!) is wool, and is certainly not worth the money. It is more like something bought from Temu. The goods ship from China, and there is no label inside to show the manufacturer or materials used. I was totally duped! If I could give zero stars I would. I can’t even be bothered to try and get a refund as i know any effort will be futile.

After struggling to return the goods sent out due to being of poor quality, fit and falsely advertised. I made many repeated attempts to obtain a refund. All goods have to be returned to their only warehouse in China. Very expensive postage costs.

I resorted to raising a credit card dispute which is currently being investigated.

The item bought bore no resemblance to the high quality wool, as stated, but 95% Polyester and 5% Elastane. Requested a refund and told cost of return was my responsibility to China!!!

This is a bogus company that pretends to be British when in fact they are Chinese. You think that you are buying good quality sale items from London but in fact it is very cheap poor quality unbranded, no labels staff that isn’t worth the money you are paying. If you want to return they first scare you with high return fees and then go in denial just offering 15% discount on things that you are never going to wear. Avoid! Avoid! Dishonest scamming seller.
