Scam website

Be very aware! wrote a review exposing this scam lookalike website. Amex claims department initially suspended the charge for a 'Vintage real leather bag with micro suede lining' The bag arrived plastic and with a cheap nylon printed lining and poor stitching.
However since then Jones -London have given them documentation that I received 'a bag'and refused to pay £25-£35 to return it to China.... Amex have now re- charged me for the item. So Amex are now giving a green light to fraudsters. AFG

The more the better...

This is a scam! Not handmade in the UK, they will send you junk direct from China. Not sure why they bother at all. The stuff isn't worth a penny. Scammer reported to the bank

It's a con. Plastic bag not leather and made and shipped from China. Waste of money... another scam😡

Its true they pretend to be from London but actually China so goods take a couple of weeks. You'll be 100% disappointed when they arrive with the very poor quality and looks nothing like the one you thought you were buying on the swish website in the sale. Returns are back to China and estimated cost £28 with hard to meet conditions and they may not even acknowledge its safe arrival back. Wish I’d read the reviews first, I paid through PayPal and did in the end get 70% back and keep the jacket I bought, I estimate it will last about a week, I didn’t know you could get leather that thin, probably because its faux. Avoid like the plague!

Wish I had read the reviews first as just received some goods and all rubbish quality. Have emailed them about returning them but after reading these reviews not holding out much hope

NOT UK BASED AS THEY CLAIM...my order took 19 days to reach me, yet they will only allow 14 days maximum to return. If the return is delayed at customs, they say that's not their problem. ( No return in 14 days, no refund !)
Price to return parcel estimated at £25-£35...
APPALLING LOW QUALITY! The items I received were in no way the quality the write up says, or photos show.

Very disappointed! Just received the bag I ordered and it's not leather, totally not as advertised. It's a scam, ripping off the name of another well known Jones brand.

The company offers low quality (laughable) clothing at a premium price. When you try to return the product it has to be to China at purchasers expense and they more or less say that it will be ‘lost’ in transit - rubbish fraudulent company. Avoid at all costs.

Buyer beware, poor Quality items!!! Falsely advertising of ‘wool’ products.
Stay well clear of this website. Why is this website still being allowed to rip people off? This company needs to be reported to the advertising standards agency and closed quickly.
They will also NOT contact you or confirm acknowledgement of an enquiry for return requests.

If it was possible to not give any stars I would. Wish I’d read this before ordering. Goods are rubbish. Customer service rubbish. DO NOT USE THEM

I agree with all previous 1 star reviews. This compamy is a total scam. The products are nothing like their pictures. Keep going back to to them saying the goods are fraudulent demanding a full refund. Each time you go back they will offer you more. Wish I'd read this before ordering the blouse.

I was scammed but I got my money back from them.
I was relentless with my emails and it took a month.
I cited UK, China and International trading standards and laws. Every email started with your company is a scam, you’ve sent me fraudulent goods, etc. I was absolutely relentless.
They offered 15%, then 20%, then 25% refund, then 100% store credit and I could keep the bags. I said was I being offered this because I’d been sent fraudulent goods.
Don’t give up, every time they emailed back, I responded with fraud, scam and raising an international trading complaint with the Chinese government.
I eventually got my full refund!

Like everyone says, this company appears to be a scam. It's China not London based - your purchases are (slowly) shipped from China and you can only return to China not to a UK address, making returning for a refund financially pointless & so virtually impossible. Everyone who complains seems to get the offer of a 15% discount to end the complaint - which I accepted too. I ordered a sweater, which I very much doubt is wool, as claimed. The only positive is that the woman who dealt with my queries & complaints by email was polite and friendly.

There’s no need for me to go into detail about why this ‘company’ is a scam - the hundreds of reviews on here tell the same story as mine. I too cannot believe I fell for this. I’m writing this review because I wanted to let all of those people who have been scammed know that you CAN get your money back. This morning I got the email I was hoping for from PayPal - you have been refunded - case closed in your favour. Yes! I beat the scammers. Here’s how I did it. As soon as the bags arrived I opened a ‘not as described’ case with PayPal. I didn’t bother emailing the company direct as I knew what they would say. Returns at my cost…customs charges and so on. Returns in reality are impossible and they know that. I screenshot everything from their website to support my case. They clearly state LEATHER which is not what you get. You get plastic copies - FAKES. They actually have a pin showing their location as LONDON - then in any correspondence say they are only located in Asia. They quote free shipping IN the UK when what they do is ship TO the UK. Their ‘Trustpilot’ reviews on their website are FAKE. Also suspicious was the email telling me NOT to contact them through PayPal as this just creates unnecessary paperwork! I was first offered 17% refund which of course I refused. It kept increasing - 70% was their final offer because that’s the maximum refund they did. I scoured their T&C’s - nowhere does it say this. By this point I knew they weren’t going to give me 100% refund so I decided to escalate. In my supporting statement I stressed the bags were clearly fakes and how I was not returning because I had changed my mind or was dissatisfied with my purchase. It was because they had sent plastic bags not leather. To sum up - I hadn’t been sent what I had paid for. PayPal agreed. PLEASE PLEASE don’t accept that you can’t get your money back. YOU CAN.

Can this company be reported ? So many people have had a bitter experience? The goods sent back to Chinese warehouse never arrive! Don’t further spend your moneys! Attention:: NOT a shop in London as advertised on Jones-London.com

I would give zero stars if I could. Complete scam, v poor quality. Says no quibble refund but it's a £20 minimum fee to return, at your own risk, to China etc. Shoes unlabelled, look nothing like in the pictures.

Absolute scam! The leather bag I received is NOT leather. Wanting to send it back based on their statement;
'We love our products and we're sure you will too! That's why we offer a risk-free trial period of 14 days. If you don't love our products, we'll give you your money back'
They do not offer 'risk free' as you have to pay £30 to send it back to China, however they cannot guarantee it will arrive. No refund given until it does arrive in tact.
Do not purchase from this company.
Another concern, they have Trust Pilot reviews on the advert, showing 2 x 5 Star reviews only.
