I was a bit hesitant to use Bubble
I was a bit hesitant to use Bubble, as I was not sure what to expect and how our son would interact with stranger! It ended up being fantastic and my son was very happy. Babysitter arrived 5 minutes earlier and was grea and managed to keep my son engaged for 2 hours.

Have found a couple of regular babysitters through this company which have provided excellent service and I would continue to use this company to do so.

Excellent platform for booking childcare
Great selection of nannies, each one was fantastic with my little ones. Super easy to search for and book, as well as pay/tip at the end of the sit. Would highly recommend Bubble.

Bubble made me much less apprehensive!
I was apprehensive at first as we'd never left our daughter with someone who wasn't family/friends but the Bubble app gave us so much information on the sitters that we were feeling very relaxed! We even arranged a meetup with our sitter before the booking so that we could ask each other questions and she could meet our daughter before the booking. The booking went smoothly and I received updates throughout the evening. Will recommend and use again.

Great sitters but high fees
Great sitters and love the parent reviews and booking details but the app is incredibly expensive to use. Lots of fees for a marketplace for parents and sitters.

We also understand your concerns around fees. Childcare can be expensive, and our fees help us keep the platform running safely and sustainably while continuing to improve the service for both parents and sitters. Like many marketplaces, fees apply to both sides of the platform, and try to keep these as fair and transparent as possible.
For sitters, the fee reduces significantly once they’ve completed more than one sit with the same family, and in many regions it’s already lower by default. Sitters who reach Super Sitter status also benefit from reduced fees on consecutive sits.
For parents, if you’re booking regularly, our Bubble+ plans are designed to make things far more more cost-effective and can be as low as £6.67/month. You can also choose from sitters with a range of hourly rates, as all sitters set their own prices.

I’m a babysitter with Bubble since 2022 with 100% rating
I’m a babysitter with Bubble since April 2022 with 100% rating. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed working as a Sitter for them and they have been kind, fair and affirming. When I was diagnosed with breast cancer in September 2022 they sent me a beautiful bouquet of flowers and a thoughtful card. I hope I can work for them for the foreseeable future.
