As soon as our support team received your report, we looked into the incident and deactivated the sitter’s account to prevent them from taking any further bookings on Bubble. Safety and trust are at the centre of everything we do, and we have zero tolerance for behaviour that compromises that.
We also reached out directly to offer a gesture of goodwill, but more importantly, to make clear that we take this extremely seriously.
We’re grateful you’ve previously had only positive experiences with other sitters on Bubble, and we truly hope this incident won’t overshadow those. If you’d like to speak further or share any additional details, our team and Designated Safeguarding Lead are more than happy to have a chat.

I had such a great experience with the customer support team. They went above and beyond to help me resolve an issue with a sit that didn’t go as planned. Their communication was quick, clear, and genuinely caring — they made sure everything was sorted smoothly. Really impressed with how responsive and supportive they’ve been throughout! Love Bubble!! As working parents with no grandparent help, Bubble has helped us so much in the last 3 years to cover for childcare while my son was ill or simply to allow us to go for a date night! Hugely recommended.

Untrustworthy baby sitter on the bubble app
Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. The sitter did not show up as agreed and even claimed to be in front of my house when she wasn’t. Later she gave another excuse about being stuck in traffic, but it was clear she had not been truthful. This kind of dishonesty is unacceptable, and I would not be able to trust her with my child.
And the management said they couldn’t leave my review on the sitters profile, they said they gonna look into it and get back to me which they never did… the sitter left me stranded on that day

Used the app several times and found it very easy to navigate. Service has been impeccable. I like the peace of mind I get with knowing the sitters are pre vetted. There are many pros and I haven’t found a con yet

Bubble for dog sitting
We use Bubble for dog sitting and the sitters they provide have been brilliant. Easy to use app with lots of choice and some great sitters for kids and dogs alike!

Highly recommend
I have used this app several times over the last year or so. I found several great sitters I have used time and time again. They are responsible, engaging and trustworthy. But most of all, my little one has taken to the sitters so well and always has a great time with them.
Straight forward and easy to use - highly recommend!

If you are a nanny/sitter you have to try bubble!
As a nanny/siter i do recommend bubble 100%. I have been using it for a year and a half and couldnt be happier with the app.
Its been very helpful when i was in between jobs. Also great because you can choose when to work, where and with how many kids.
I used ir to meet many local families too! (some 6 min away from my house!).
