This was my first time using Bubble and it was great. Everything is clear and straightforward with easy communication. Lydia was great and the kids quickly took to her. I used Bubble support to clarify something I was unsure about and the response was quick and helpful. Happy to recommend based on this experience.

Child service no clear rules
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received. The overall experience was disappointing due to poor service and rules that were not clearly explained.
Because the rules were unclear, it was difficult to understand what was expected, which led to unnecessary confusion. When I asked for clarification, the response was unhelpful and did not resolve the issue.
I believe customers deserve clear information and respectful, professional service. I hope this feedback will be taken seriously and used to improve communication and service quality in the future.
I would advice to be very aware of this service.

We checked the communications that were previously sent out to you and they do state that the reimbursement policy was only for holiday clubs - and not to be used for family days out. When I booked sitter nobody told me we charge you 1.5 hours instead of one hour. When sitter completed two days shifts bubble charged me 10.5 hours instead of 7 hours. Can you sort out it please

Excellent service
This was my first experience with Bubble and I was very anxious to leave my very young baby.
I needn’t have worried, my experience was great and I had up dates of how things were going while I was away through the app.

I have just been offered a nannying position and I couldn’t have got it without Michaela from Bubble, she was extremely helpful, communicated well with me and she is so lovely. I am so grateful and pleased with the app.

Easy to navigate and find nanny
Was easy to use, we found nanny that suit us the best and also easily found emergency nanny, so bubble is a great help for parents!
