Don't Buy from this company if I could give it a zero I would.

I returned an item to the address given to me which is in China in November, today end of July it was returned back to me, so Johnson of London has stolen my money, stay well clear,
Avoid as much as you can

Do not buy anything from Johnson-London, they are frauds!!! The company is based in China not London,
the jacket I ordered took 9 weeks to arrive instead of 1 week promised.When it did arrive, the jacket arms are about 6 inches short so unusable.(maybe chinese people have very short arms??)We are now on our 9th e mail asking for a return address ...no response at all in 2 weeks .DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

I thought that the goods was coming from the UK only to find out that it was China. I chased them every day to find out when this will be delivered and they kept on saying that it has been dispatched? The items eventually arrived after 2 months and the Jackets ordered was not in good condition and the quality was bad. I contacted them to confirm the returns address and I am still waiting for this information today. They gave me two option. Either they can exchange the jacket or offer me a new product at a reduced price. If I kept it then they would only issue a 20% refund. On their website it stated a full refund is issued within 30 days which is not the case. I am very disappointed in this Company and their lack of communication. Please DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I am still waiting for them to reply.

Scam company. DO NOT ORDER! Took over 3 weeks to receive the delivery. They were quick to respond to my emails when I kept asking where my parcel was. Now that I want to make returns they don't respond!!!

STAY AWAY. Do not go near this company. I wish if read the reviews before ordering. The coat I ordered is too small so wanted a refund as their returns policy states but after 2 weeks of emailing everyday still no response from them.

They are not what they seem. This company gives the impression they are based in the U.K. but actually operate from China. The coat for my husband which arrived after about a three week delay had quite short sleeves so I contacted them to arrange a return per their money back guarantee. They initially told me I was out of the 30 day (from date of order) period. I had to draw their attention to their website which says ‘from receipt’. I was then told I had to post it back - to China! I wish I had read these reviews first. If I chose not to return it, they would give me a 30% refund. What a way to do business. I accepted the refund and, once received, am now ready to share my experience.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Not only do the items take forever to arrive, when they do they are very shoddy. If you want to return an item, you are expected to use track and trace postage back to an address in China at your own expense. This is extortionate so not worth doing. This fact is not made very obvious on the web site. Only in the very small print! Still waiting to see if I get my 30% refund they say they will give me for NOT returning the item. Not very hopeful. Please be aware they are only just this side of trading law.

Do not buy from this company misleading website actually from China refusing to refund!! Avoid!!! Have reported to Police.

I am awaiting a delivery of clothing from this company. I placed the order several weeks ago and nothing has arrived yet. I wish I had read these reviews before I placed the order as now I am concerned that the items will not be anything like the photos on the Web site and I will have to return them. Has anyone ever managed to get a refund from this company? If so how did they go about it?

Poor quality product, sizing totally wrong when compared to other products marketing the same size, zip likely to fail on first use. A month to arrive from China is not acceptable and zero response from customer services why asking about the delay.

I wish I'd checked this site before buying as I would not have bought and never again; avoid at all costs!!!

I brought a jacket which looked nothing like it did in the photo, the material is like cheap paper. It was only 59.99 but still expected a little better and at least look like I ordered. Trying to find out the return policy is a nightmare. If anyone can help please.

DO NOT ORDER. Received coat, nothing like on picture, wrong colour, bad fit poor quality. When you try to return they offer a 30% refund and to keep the product, when you refuse and ask for full refund, you have to return it back to china at your cost (£30-£40), But then they stop answering your emails, no other contact.Total Scam company

This is a chinese company, being posted from china. They pretend like based in London. Absolutely not. Product are not the same as online. They are not refunding at all. Stay away from them!!!!!!

This is a typical Chinese scam company displaying great product and with a "London" name good pricing but BEWARE. It is NOT all it seems. Dont trust unknown reviews.
