I am here to share how I got my money back.
Hope there will have no more victim anymore.
I ordered a pair of vintage leather boots from Larado.uk. After weeks of waiting, my order arrived but it was not the boots that I ordered. It was made from faux leather. I contacted Larado CS and was asked to keep that rubbish and accept 25% refund. After months of negotiation, Larado insisted I was responsible for the return shipping cost although it’s their fault to delivered wrong item to me.
I contacted AMEX to dispute that transaction. With detail documents and evidence, I received the charge back from AMEX without needing to ship the boots to China.
