Hi Ilyas,
Ten days with no delivery after a 6 to 9 day promise is not the standard we hold ourselves to, plain and simple. Please email hello@shopjoga.com with your order number so we can find out where it is and get it moving. We want you to actually have the product in hand and judge it fairly, not judge us on a shipping delay.

Not helpful, bad customer service, takes a long time to reply to emails, not easy to get a refund they want you to keep item that is not wanted for half a refund

Hi Debra, sorry the replies were slow and the refund side left you frustrated, that is not the experience we want to give. If an item was not wanted, a full refund on return is the right outcome, not being asked to keep it for half back. Please email hello@shopjoga.com with your order number and we will get this sorted properly.

Absolutely love these products
Absolutely love these products. The shin pads are comfortable and don’t move around and no worry that they will fall out. The non grip socks are a game changer and my son is said he feels more secure in his boots. Will definitely purchase more in the future 🌟

Absolute shambles
Absolute shambles, keep getting emails saying ‘we are delayed’ etc paid £4.99 delivery and have asked for this back as it’s now been 9 days and I’m still getting delayed emails. Not too much to ask for the delivery fee back? Won’t get a clear answer from anyone on customer service.

Hi AH, sorry, that is not good enough and nine days of delay emails with no straight answer is exactly the problem you should not have to deal with. The £4.99 delivery charge should absolutely be refunded if it was delayed this long, that is a fair ask. Please email hello@shopjoga.com with your order number and we will sort the refund and give you a clear answer on where the order actually is.

Thanks so much for this, really glad the products and service landed well. That's exactly what we're aiming for with every order. Enjoy the gear on the pitch!
Shocking Quality
Shocking Quality.
Took ages to arrive. Didn’t fit properly, lose at the top but managed to use them with heavy socks. Washed them twice and the material which makes up the shin pad has fallen apart on all 4 shin pads. Despite the price they are cheaply made. Ours latest about 6 weeks before falling apart.

Hi Consumer,
Sorry to hear this, especially the shin pads breaking down after only a few weeks of use, that is not the standard we build to. The fit and the shipping time falling short as well makes it worse and we take that seriously. Please email hello@shopjoga.com with your order details so we can get this put right.

Hi Nick,
Fit and wash issues like that shouldn't happen, and hearing it fell apart after one wash is not the standard we hold ourselves to. No excuses, we want to look at what went wrong here. Email hello@shopjoga.com with your order details and we'll put it right.

Hi Liam,
Glad the shin pads are hitting the mark. Nine working days is our stated max and we missed it this time, which is fair to call out. Drop us a note at hello@shopjoga.com with your order number and we will look into what slowed things down.
3 weeks delivery
3 weeks to deliver, was kept informed via email a few times but in the day of the internet really should be 2 days max.

Odpowiedź od JOGA Starz
Hi Unhappy, three weeks is too long and we get why that is frustrating, especially with regular email updates that still do not fix the wait itself. That is not the delivery experience we want for our players and parents. Please email hello@shopjoga.com so we can look into what slowed your order down and make it right.
