Horrible Service
Placed order 8/25, received only one item on 9/15. Contacted them about the rest of the order and found out that it’s not even shipped yet. Don’t know if or when I will receive the rest. I haven’t received an email about delays or anything. I am really disappointed in their service. Won’t be ordering from Joga again.

Hi Rone, that is a bad gap and no delay email should have gone out, we own that. One item shipping while the rest of the order sits unshipped since 8/25 is not the standard we hold ourselves to. Please email hello@shopjoga.com with your order number so we can locate the rest and get it moving.
Poor customer service
Unfortunately, I’m really disappointed with how this has been handled.
My original parcel arrived with items missing. To begin with, Joga responded quickly and resolved the issue, which I really appreciated. I was then asked to leave a review and was told that I would receive an additional item for doing so.
I left a positive review based on how quickly they had initially dealt with the missing items. However, since leaving the review, I have received nothing that was promised and communication has completely stopped.
I have emailed multiple times to follow this up and have had no response at all. It’s particularly disappointing because the customer service was initially very good, but it now feels as though once I had left the requested positive review, there was no longer any interest in responding to me.
I would have been happy to recommend Joga based on how the original problem was resolved, but unfortunately the lack of communication and failure to follow through on what was promised has really changed my experience.

Hi Chloe,
That is a fair hit and you are right to call it out. Promising something for a review and then going quiet on your follow up emails is not the standard we hold ourselves to. Please email hello@shopjoga.com with your order details and we will get the missing item sorted and reply properly this time.

Hi aama, so good to hear this from you, thank you. Fits like a sock is exactly what we aim for and we are glad it is holding up through actual training and matches. Passing the JOGA test to a whole team of teammates is the best compliment we can get.
Average overpriced products
Average overpriced products. Terrible customer service. Had to wait nearly 2 weeks for my daughter’s birthday present. After countless ignored emails. The goods turned up a week after my daughter’s birthday. A really terrible experience and an even worse company to deal with. A real headache,I wish I didn’t bother.

Hi Jo,
Two weeks for a birthday gift with emails going unanswered is not okay, and I am sorry you were left chasing us. That is not the standard we hold ourselves to. Please email hello@shopjoga.com with your order number so we can look into the delay and the pricing point you raised and put it right.

Hi Sue, that is great to hear, thank you! Grip socks are one of those things that make a real difference once kids get used to them, so glad your son is enjoying his and getting the stamp of approval from his friends too. Hope they hold up well through a full season of football.

Hi Kathy,
Thanks for the honest take, three stars tells us the goods were right but the wait to get them wasn't. That's a fair point and not the experience we want for parents waiting on gear for their kids. Email us at hello@shopjoga.com with your order details and we'll look into what slowed things down.
Gold shin pads
Good looking gold shin pads. My son found the size to be perfect for him.
We have had good customer service following an issue we experienced so would recommend Joga and will no doubt use them again in the future.

Hi Christine,
Glad these are working out, shin pads are one of those things that make or break a session for a lot of boys. Thanks for the kind words, we will pass it on to the team.
Shin pads are great
Shin pads are great, my son is thrilled with them. Dissapointed in the cold pack. The gloves on all the advertising never showed up and the hat is really small. I bought the 6-9 year old size as he’s 7. I tried the hay on my 5 year old to see if it’s just him and it’s pretty small on her too. The snugness is good but it doesn’t cover their ears

Hi Alison, glad the shin pads landed well, that snugness with the ear coverage gap is a fair callout on the hat and we hear you on the gloves not showing up and the cold pack falling short. That is not the experience we want for a 7 year old and his family. Send us a note at hello@shopjoga.com with your order details and we will sort the sizing and the missing gloves properly.
Love the products
Love the products, this is my second time buying. The shin pads are fantastic, durable, lasting, flexible and more comfortable. My 8 year old son and 33 year old husband LOVE THEM. Also purchased the snood and gloves which are great and received some freebies too! All products are great quality, thick and lasting.

Hi Elisha,
So glad your son and husband are both fans, that is a great combination! The durability and flex on the shin pads are exactly what we aim for, and good to hear the snood and gloves held up to that same standard. Thanks for coming back for a second order, means a lot.
Good quality products
Good quality products. Always have issues finding good fit for son as he’s so slim but the shin guards and grip socks fit perfectly. Only moan is the length of time the items took to be delivered however, not to distract away from the good quality product.

Hi AberDuc, thank you for the honest review and glad the shin pads and grip socks fit your son well. We hear you on delivery times and know that wait is frustrating, we are working on tightening that up. Feel free to email hello@shopjoga.com if you want to flag anything specific about your order.
Sceptic becomes evangelist
Customer service and communication is strong. I was sceptical about the socks, but they are awesome. I have both the grip socks and the grip toe socks. Somehow spreading my toes does something. Perhaps it’s in my head, but have had great performance and no feet injuries or fatigue. Will wear these in all games from now on.

Hi Sean,
Glad the skepticism didn't last. That toe spread thing on the grip socks does more than people expect, so it's not just in your head. Good to hear no injuries or fatigue and that you're sticking with them for match play from now on.
