Great customer service
Great customer service ordered the 14+ shin guard sleeves which were to big for my son and there replacing them with the smaller size just for the cost of postage and told me I didn’t need to return the other ones

Hi Mark,
Thanks for the kind words, glad the fit and comfort are working out for your kids. Good to hear our team gave you a straight answer on delivery too. We will keep it up.
Will not buy from them again.
Terrible, I bought a product in good faith and have tried to contact the company several times by email because I believe the product was miss sold to me. Too big for my eight year old grandson and I paid £60 for them. Why oh why do you not answer customers emails. Big con.

Hi Joan,
Sixty pounds for shin pads that didn't fit is a bad outcome on its own, and not getting replies to your emails makes it worse. That is not the standard we hold ourselves to. Please email hello@shopjoga.com with your order details and we will sort out a refund or exchange for a size that actually fits your grandson.
My son loves these
My son loves these. Won't wear normal shin pads anymore. He finds them so comfortable and they dont move so he never has to adjust them during a game. Most of his football team now wear them. Would recommend to all kids 👌 👍🏼

Hi Varun,
Sorry the delivery took longer than it should have, that is not what we want. On the shin socks, that is a fair frustration, send us an email at hello@shopjoga.com with your order number and we will sort out a return and get you the new version.
Great Job Joga
Always wary of some online retailers but Joga have been great, kept up to date throughout the order and delivery process, great packaging and the kids love the shin guards. Customer service team have been superb as well when needing a bigger size, highly recommend!

Hi Dai, thanks for this, really glad to hear it. Good packaging and staying updated matters more than people admit, and we are proud of that. Even better to hear the size swap was sorted quickly, that is exactly what our customer service team is there for. Enjoy watching the kids play in them.
Avoid
Far too small my son couldn't even get them over his foot. Asked for a refund and was only refunded half the amount and to keep the product which is useless to me.

Hi there, sorry to hear this, sizing that far off and a refund that isn't full is not the standard we want you to walk away with. Send us a note at hello@shopjoga.com with your order details and we will sort out the rest of the refund properly. We want you to end up with a pair that actually fits, not stuck with something you can't use.

Hi Derek, that's great to hear, thanks for letting us know. Comfort was a big focus when we designed these so it's good to hear that's coming through for your son. Glad he's getting proper use out of them on the pitch.
Highly recommended
Communication was good throughout, and when i did reach out for help my question was answered by the next day. Custom print came out great, and works perfectly. My boy loved them, so we’ll definitely order more in the future.

Great experience with JOGA STARZ
Great experience with JOGA STARZ. The customer service was really helpful, they informed me initially that there was a delay and then when I got in touch about my delivery they reassured me until my parcel arrived. Everything arrived safely and I’m very pleased with my purchase. Lovely company to deal with and I would definitely recommend them.
