Fast customer service
JOGA Stars were quick to respond all of my queries from start to finish. Even once we had received our product and had further queries, they were quick to respond and help out without waiting too long. For its global reach, it still felt quite personalized.

Hi Warren, thanks for the kind words, that really helps to hear. We aim to keep replies quick from the first question through to after the product arrives, so it's good to know that came across. If anything else comes up with your order or the gear, just email hello@shopjoga.com and we'll sort it.
Fantastic quality from JOGA
Fantastic quality from JOGA! The products feel premium, with excellent materials and real attention to detail. The customer service is friendly and helpful, too. My only suggestion would be to shorten the time between placing an order and delivery, as the wait can be a little long. Otherwise, highly recommended!

Hi Gary, thanks for the honest feedback, and glad the product itself lives up to it. A slow delivery and the wrong colour socks is not the standard we want, and I'm sorry that happened. Please email hello@shopjoga.com with your order details so we can put it right.
Amazing shin guards
For the past 3 years my son has been playing football he always struggled with shin guards, either the size was not right or the shin guards slipping down during a match or training and always had to pull it up, disturbing his concentration during his match or training ,since purchasing this amazing product Joga shin guards ,he can concentrate on football ,during his match, it does not slip down at all and the size is perfect, recently he participated in 6 day tounerment and had his Joga shin guards on for most of the day and it did not slip down or make his legs sweaty,I would definitely recommend the Joga Shin guards, shipping was also extremely fast and got the shin guards before the estimated date of delivery.

Hi Tania,
Thank you for such a detailed review. It's great to hear he can switch off from fixing his shin pads and just focus on playing, especially through a six day tournament. Glad the fit and the quick delivery both worked out for him. Hope he has a great season.

There’s still bugs that need ironing out, but the team wouldn’t leave me alone until it was resolved with their apologies. That’s all you can ask for and why a 5 star review is in order. Thank you

Great socks, my academy footballer son rates these socks for their fit and grip. We had a minor issue with our latest order but when I contacted customer services they responded same day and resolved it straightaway. Happy customer.

Great quality and service
I’ve been really impressed with the Joga ankle weights and massage ball. The ankle weights are well made, my son says they comfortable to wear and perfect for adding a little extra resistance to workouts. The massage ball is brilliant for working out knots and relieving muscle tension, especially after training. Great quality products that I’d happily recommend anyone. Along with great service and quick delivery.

Customer service communication dismal

Odpowiedź od JOGA Starz
Hi J, thanks for being straight with us. Two weeks is well beyond how long your order should have taken, and the lack of clear communication made it worse, which isn't the standard we're after. Please email hello@shopjoga.com with your order number so we can look into it and put it right.
The customer service I have received…
The customer service I have received from Joga is instrumental. They send emails to me every time there is a sale where I can get some of the price on an item knocked off. A good example of this was when they had the big clearance sale and they had like 5 codes they sending people so the can get a discount on items
