Highly impressed! My order delivery was handled in top-notch fashion, with regular messages updating me on when the package was due to arrive and a tracking code so I could check up on it myself if I wanted, and it reached me exactly when it was promised. And the popcorn is fantastic! I went for a range of sweet, savoury and boozy flavours, and all of them are delicious. I shall definitely be ordering more in the future.

I have orderd from them twice so far. The popcorn is excellent. Above and beyond what I expected. I feel its worth the money for the quality of product you receive. They have so meny to choose from and at the moment every 6th bag is free which is a nice bonus. I have tried meny of their flavours and you can taste how much work has gone into the product development... It tastes exactly as discribed. Personally I think madras curry with lime and black onion seeds is the most unusual but I really works and is one of my favourites as well as the caramel white chocolate raspberry. Surprisingly they are not too sweet. Remain crispy and crunchy! They have super speedy shipping. Both orders arived very quickly London to dublin during covid and brexit and there was no delays at all. I only had one small problem with one bag and the customer service I experienced was extremely professional and I was looked after. Perfect for a movie night, date night, christmas, birthdays. I personally would add it to a cheese board. I couldent recommend them anymore every flavour I've tried had been really tasty.

My first order went missing. After contacting Joe and Sephs on Facebook they replaced it for me. Good customer service, took a little while to respond, but so worth it. This popcorn taste AMAZING. Will definitely be ordering more 😊🍿

There was a slight issue with my first delivery, however this was sorted really quickly and the customer service was excellent! The popcorn is sooo tasty, perfect for a family night in watching a movie. Tasty with no hard kernels in, what more could you want! I will be recommending this popcorn to everyone!

I’m addicted to this popcorn, particularly the Belgian chocolate and caramel. I first tried it after getting a discount voucher from Vodafone and now will happily pay the standard price for a treat. The popcorn bars are delicious too :)

The popcorn was incredible. The milk chocolate popcorn bites are like little bits of heaven. My order was delayed, however Joe and sephs couldn't do enough for me. Will definitely order again.

Joe and sephs is honestly the best popcorn you can buy, hands down. I've loved them for years and never had any issues with orders, but the response to an issue I had with a recent order has cemented how much I love this brand. Royal mail were taking their time with delivery, and I emailed their customer care team to enquire about tracking information. Aneesa got back to me promptly, and with no questions asked confirmed she had already ordered me a replacement delivery. I was so impressed, especially given I have had a poor experience with another company lately so was expecting to have fight for the product, but the customer service I experienced was second to none :)

I was bought some of the Mince Pie and Gingerbread popcorn for Christmas. The Mince Pie especially is the best popcorn I have ever tried. Using a referral code which gave me a free packet, I did an order for some more plus some other flavours. The order arrived promptly but unfortunately there was only one packet of Mince Pie not two.
I emailed and got a prompt apologetic reply saying they would send a packet out. This arrived today with some extra popcorn which I wasn't expecting.
I would like to say thank you for that, it's a shame other companies don't provide this level of customer service. I would give them 5 stars for taste, quality and customer service!

Got 2 free bags with Voxi, they are amazing. Took a little while for delivery, but who cares!!! Fantastic treats will definitely be ordering more, even if delivery is slow. All these keyboard warriors whinging about delivery time. Think back 20-30 years, you would have to go and collect. Stop whinging

Great product as I tried them from my Xmas hampers. So I ordered a 600g Tin for a family for a special occasion, but the dispatch and shipping time is a huge let down. It took 3 business days to dispatch the order after I called twice in 2 separate day, otherwise it could be longer than 3 working days to dispatch. Initially the shipping was Royal mail 2nd class after I complained the slow dispatch time and wanted to cancel the order, it was then chased up and upgraded to 1st class Royal mail delivery. Order placed on Monday, received by Friday. Otherwise it could be delivered the following Monday or Tuesday at earliest. Popcorn were packed in 4 plastic resealable bags, no tags to show their flavours, another disappointment.
It's not cheap, for almost £30 for 600g pop corn, I was going to place another order for myself but I didn't want to chase them up again. MATALAN and TK maxx , these high street shops are handling online orders much faster. Covid was not from yesterday, every business has adopted, wake up Joe and Seph.

Absolutely 100% satisfied with this company and their product. I ordered a movie night pack for my daughter and grandchildren as they love movie nights. They loved the products they received and there was plenty of it to go around. Will shortly be ordering from them to send to my other daughter too. I think it's extremely important in these testing times to buy local and support our communities.

Ordered a personalised medium jar via ‘Not on the High Street’. Jar was considerably smaller than advertised, and saying the jar is ‘printed with your choice of words’ is extremely misleading - what it means is a tiny cheap-looking sticker with your wording is badly positioned on it.

Would suggest buying your own Kilner jar from Sainsbury’s, ordering brush lettering decals off eBay, and filling jar with a pouch of the popcorn. Total scam.

Ordered the chocolate star popcorn first and it was fabulous. Then saw the Christmas flavours and got them. Most recent purchase is the salted caramel make your own kit. Bought my daughters a kit too. Still to try this but I'm sure it won't disappoint.
