The Finest Fudge Co. Recenzje

This Fudge is second to none. The choice and quality of this ia a Michelin Star in waiting. I discovered this company last Christmas.I was looking for Fudge as stocking presents. The recipients waxed lyrical about it and were loathe to share any. The service is spot on and is great value for money. Xxx

I ordered an XL box of a variety of flavours to try. A week after ordering, the royal mail tracking was still showing as not with Royal Mail yet. I contacted the company by email in the evening and had a reply the next day to say they would send a replacement box if the tracking hadn't updated in the next 24 hours. I contacted them the next day to say there had been no change and received an email back the same day saying a new box would be sent out the next day on an upgraded delivery service (tracked 24) free of charge. This happened and i received the package on the expected date.

The delivery was well protected from damage, however I will say it was messy to unpack. The box of fudge was unsealed (fastened, butnothign to stick it and keep it closed) so as we tried to remove all the polystyrene chips in the box, the fudge box opened and we were then trying to play catch on fudge pieces. As we had what was effectively a 'sample' box of 20 different flavours, they weren't wrapped and so this was a bit messy and clumsy. I think if the boxes had a sticker or tape to seal them shut this could have been avoided.

We had a good variety of flavours, from traditional to more modern and we are still working our way through them. The variety boxes come with a QR code to scan to see which flavours are in the box, however I will say that ours wasn't correct. I was however, able to find out what the unidentified flavours were by looking through the website. (Some were obviously missing e.g. we had a pale green fudge with brown speckles that wasn't on the QR link, but this was discovered to be mint choc chip).

The quality of the fudge is superb, and the flavours are delicious! We definitely have some favourites (vanilla, clotted cream, milky way, raspberry ripple, bubblegum, biscoff) and some that we wouldn't choose, but a variety box is definitely a good option if you're not sure what to try. What I will advise is that it's worth trying some that you're not sure about - I'mnot a huge fan of biscoff so wouldn't have chosen it, but it works really well in the fudge! Likewise there are some I absolutely would have chosen but find in a fudge it's a little too much.

All of the above considered, I would still recommend ordering from the Finest Fudge Company. Delivery issues happen - it's just something that we all have to deal with. The company responded in a timely manner, with a good solution, and it was then delivered as expected. The quality of the product is such that it overrides the hiccups experienced, hence the 4* review.

Big thanks to Mariah for her great customer service and arranging the replacement delivery.

Everything about this was fantastic from the order to to the eating I just bought too much of it if you can buy too much! It was very very Maurice I have bought fudge from a lot of places not mentioning their names and this is the best the best packaging as well to be honest packaging that you don’t want to throw away

Thought this might be a bit of a gimmink. But placed my order and 3 days later my order arrivered. I was a bit taken aback with the weight of the box. Packaged really well, also the way the fudge is packed inside is excellent.
I ordered four different flavours and so far the two I have tried are lovely.

Well done guys and girls. Great product.

By far the best fudge we’ve ever had! Delivery was quick. I won’t be getting fudge anywhere else but at the finest fudge co! ❤️

Maria helped me resolve the issue with the delivery and I couldn't be happier thank you

Just received a present filled with different fudge. I can see why it's called the finest fudge company, absolutely delicious, best fudge I've ever tasted.

Lovely fudge, great range of flavours. You can taste the care and love in each piece. Also the level of customer service is excellent. Can't wait for my next order to arrive.

The service was excellent. Quick delivery. The packaging was great. The fudge itself was awesome. Soft, tasty, delicious fudge. I ate it all in 2 days. I am going in again. Too good not to eat.

Really helpful with the query. As for the fudge, it's divine. My mum particularly liked the allsorts bar - please do this one again, as I always get her liquorice allsorts for Christmas. My dad, who has Alzheimer's, also loved the mix I took in to him last week.

I have nothing but good experiences with this company and I love their fudge. The big blocks ate definitely the best, but each batch is different, as you would expect with a small company. The aroma and taste is great, and I dream about their rum and raisin flavour.... mmmmmm

There was a slight delay with the delivery but the communication was great and they went above and beyond to make things right. The fudge is very tasty. Will definitely buy from again.

Absolute WORST FUDGE I ever had in my life .. it was like plastic tasteless crap.. I ordered three bars and a I had tiny slice off each and put the rest in the bin .. waste of thirty pounds .. god knows what it’s made from but absolutely NOT sugar and milk .. fake crap .. I never write reviews on my purchases unless they very good or very bad .. and this was the worst !

Delicious! Loved all of them.
The flavours were really good.
Recommend!

The selection is great, lovely fudge best I've had so far.
Will definitely be ordering again

I came across this company a while ago. The first order was for me obviously.it was absolutely delicious. The one thing i would say, is no matter how fantastic it tastes, and it really does, don’t overdo it. There’s always plenty of days afterwards to finish it. Its delicious 🩷🩷

There is very little taste to any of the bars of fridge. Very poor quality just tastes like eating sugar would definitely not recommend unless you want to eat some thing which is just bland and extremely sugary

Love this fudge. Never had any issues with delivery. My favourites are death by chocolate, chocolate orange, raspberry ripple and when it was available Rolo. My wife clearly loves it too as she keeps stealing mine. Have bought from here a few times now.

I could forgive the slow deliver if the product was good, but it isn’t.

I ordered Vanilla, Clotted cream and strawberries & cream. All of them were rock hard and tasted like chemicals.

Don’t let the website and selection of flavour fool you. It’s an overpriced gimmick which will leave a bad taste in your mouth.

Had 2 orders of fudge now and been very happy with both of them the fudge is one of the best i've had so a big 👍 up to everyone who makes the fudge and i will be ordering some more soon
