James was recommended by my builder and I am so pleased I took up the recommendation. James and his team did two bathrooms and new heating and plumbing for out new kitchen and were exception . James was always available if I had a quiery . My buikd was partly self managed and he made the plumbing process so much easier . I don't write many reviews but for James I am very happy to highly recommend them to any one ( which we have done already ) . Thanks James , Matt , Ryan , Julian . 10 out of 10

We self built a new low energy house and James was recommended to us. We could not have had better help and advice than James Matt and the team gave us. They installed the Mechanical Heat Recovery Ventilation ducting and Unit and the did a first class job on all of the plumbing for three bathrooms, WC, kitchen and utility. They were a real pleasure to work with, whenever a problem arose they would always find a solution. Hard working, tidy and unfailingly polite, I strongly recommend them

James and his Team did a fantastic job on our extension. They were professional and their work was of an excellent standard. Used James and his team to completely refit my mother's bathroom in her retirement flat. Did an amazing job - great attention to detail and a fabulous end result. The team were professional and tidy leaving the place in great order when complete. A number of Mum's neighbours have visited and commented on what a great design and finish the bathroom has. We have used James for various plumbing needs over the years, and cannot recommend J.L Wellington Property Services highly enough. The latest job was the installation of a new boiler and new radiators. James and his team worked efficiently, tidily and politely. We would not even consider looking elsewhere for any future work.

Every time James and his team do work for me it is always to the same high standard. Nothing is too much trouble. They all work really hard, are very tidy and friendly. They turn up on time and keep me up to date with what is happening. I wouldn't use another plumber now. So good to have found him. Other members of my family have used this firm for jobs from servicing a boiler to completely renewing a bathroom and his work has been perfect. Really is the best plumbing business I know.

James and Matt did a brilliant job sorting our radiator out. We had a leak and needed someone quick and reliable so they managed to move some work around and fit us in.
I might just add they are extremely fastidious when running pipes etc, very neat.
I’ll will definitely use them again.

We’ve recently had our garage converted by JL Wellington Property Services. From quotation to completion James and his gang have been very professional and courteous. Nothing was too much trouble for anyone in the team, they even managed to change our boiler at the same time! James’ attention to detail is second to none, every aspect of the job has been completed to a very high standard. In the future we won’t be looking anywhere else. I’d give more stars if I could!
