Very professional and knowledgeable. They were wonderful in kepoing us in the loop for delivery dates and did everything they could to accommodate our needs. We bought a mattress which we are thrilled with.

We have been working with Rebekah at J&K to furnish our new home. It has been so much fun to work with her. She listened to our thoughts and worked very well with us designing several beautiful rooms in our new home. She is a very talented designer. J & K is a great store and offers so many options to furnish your hone.

We were pleased with your products and your sales staff. Have ordered a couch and loveseat and looking forward to receiving these items.

J & K Furnishings is my favorite place to shop as a Interior Designer. Their Buyer and Showroom Designer is my direct contact for the products I need is John Hanna. He has impeccable taste and it shows in every showroom. I do not have to special order many things because its already sitting in the showroom waiting to be purchased. The accessories are the best in town and the flair I need is readily available. I give 5 Stars because J & K Furnishings deserve it.

This review would have been much better if I actually had all the pieces to review. Its been over 90 days since my purchase and I’ve yet to get a response on my furniture. If I knew it was going to take this long I’d never made the purchase.

J&K personnel were easy to work with. They had exactly what we were looking for. We have bought on several different occasions and we will certainly buy again.The quality of the furniture and the price was very reasonable.

Just moved down here to South Carolina and need to furnish my new home. Saw the store at the mall in Myrtle Beach and was impressed. We went in and started looking around. No one approached us to ask if we needed help so my husband went looking for a salesperson. When we explained we were not ready to buy just then because our home will not be done until September 1, interest for our business was dropped. Let us know when you’re ready to buy. Needless to say, we left with a bad impression. Thank you.

We love our new bedroom set and Gretchen Baker was fabulous! We shopped all over Horry County and no one compared to the price and service we recieved.!

While shopping in the store, we had great service. But, once the sale was completed, there were no follow ups when dates were missed. We were given a 4-6 week delivery on an order placed on October 3, 2019. Delivery came on December 17, 2019. A custom accent chair and reclining sofa were delivered damaged. No apologies, nothing...just a referral to Victoria to fix the problem. Even an in store visit with the salesperson resulted in “You have to get in touch with Victoria.” On January 14, 2020, a tech came to examine the damage and we decided there were too many repairs needed on our sofa that we would need an alternative solution. We decided on modifying our order. On January 28, 2020, Victoria called to arrange this and now we will be waiting another 7 weeks to get the revised order. It will be about 5 months from the date we originally ordered.

I have always been very pleased J&K Home Furnishings. I like the quality of the furnishings that they carry. Have shopped with them for many years. But, unfortunately this past shopping experience has no been a good one. We ordered something and were given an arrival time of six weeks. When that time frame pasted. I gave them a call. They said oh yes it is here. Guess someone forgot to give you a call. OK... We said we would be in the next day. When we got there we were informed that the warehouse people were at lunch! We waited around till someone returned, then they gave us our purchase. We left, got home then found out that it was the wrong one! We had to wait until the next day to get it straightened out. Then they said that the wrong item was ordered and we would have to wait again. Later in the day we get a call saying that they had found our item. This whole process has shaken my feelings in your store.
