The furniture was covered in stains upon delivery. Saleswoman claimed that the fabric was stain resistant. After going back and forth, I was able to return the furniture for a full refund. Purchased at Garden City furniture and was very pleased with my purchase.

Long story-bottom line. Inability to mark to store/mark sold furniture. Not notified that said furniture was in fact sold until day after I phoned to say I wanted to purchase (I sold my dining room set). Myrtle beach store was recommended by Janice(said she would let the manger know I was coming in). The manager was rude..oh, Janice informed him about the situation and his response was"How is the OUR PROBLEM" Poor customer service all around. Will NEVER go back or recommend J & K Furniture.

J&K has been our best resource for quality products, first class service and staff. Over the years we've furnished three places and valued their attention to our needs. Their suggestions and items in their showrooms make for an interesting and productive shopping experience. Good work by good people.

I had an appointment scheduled (pre Covid-19) with a designer to come out to my house and the designer calls me up to tell me that she is not coming because she was not told by her assistant that she would have to do a measure. I said I have a tape measure here at my house, but she kept coming up with literally no good reasons. Ridiculous! They lost a huge sale since I was interested in several pieces of furniture for several rooms in my house. One star rating? How about zero star rating.

Great store, fabulous decor and wonderful service. The manager In Little River on Hwy 17 is very pleasant when ever we come in to look. We are designers and always look for the fine furniture and decor.

We bought our Nectar mattress with power baces here and the service was prompt and professional!

We furnished our entire new home from J&K Home Furnishings. Dealt with Roy McDuffie. 13 Bar Stools, 2 Couches, and 2 complete bedrooms.

Liked the stores. Many looks and easy to get around.

I ordered my furniture on 5-23-20 and was told it would be a 30 day delivery. It is now past eight weeks and I still do not have my sofa. Also, I received a chair that needs service and have not received an answer about it. I am very disappointed with my purchase at this time.

We did not appreciate the lack of customer service after we made our purchase. We were treated rudely by staff when we called to inquire about the status of our delivery. Therefore we furnished the rest of our new home by purchasing from other companies.

I asked if you had any wall hugger recliners and you didn't show me anything, but you said you had them. I asked again, and again the same answer. I shop online to look and since I don't see any there, I will go someplace else.

Products were not as ordered
Colors did not match.. cushions were not equal in depth.. delivered one cushion stained.. rocker un even and chair sizes did not match
I would not recommend your products to anyone!!!!

I was told a week for all furniture to be ready for a delivery. I waited a month to come down again and still will not be in for delivery. A 500.00 expense not needed!!!!!!

Mattress “Steve “ is the best extremely knowledgeable and honest in helping one pick out the best mattress for them. The company is very accommodating. Returned our first purchase without and difficulty and replaced it with another.
Jk Furnishings get a full 5 stars from us.

I wouldn’t recommend unless you have major money. Don’t believe the 35% off. It’s a sham. Delivery wasn’t a great experience. Making a return won’t happen. I was forced to take store credit for a damaged item. I was coerced into bad choices.
It’s not good to spend thousands for a bad experience
