My Mom is moving from another state to an independent living facility near us. We need to furnish her place within a few weeks. We had no success at other furniture stores. I visited the North Myrtle Beach JKHome store and was immediately greeted by Elizabeth Scott. Within and hour she had pulled together an entire living room of furniture. All was in stock and would be delivered on our moving-in date at a fair price. Elizabeth help we show my Mon what we selected while on FaceTime. Elizabeth is a highly talented decorating talent, and I would recommend her and JKHome furnishings to anyone looking for excellent quality furniture and helpful staff.

Jordan isn't your average sales man. He made our mattress buying experience actually pleasant! I will definitely be back!

Buyer Beware! My husband and I bought a dining room table and chairs from this business. The table was delivered damaged, with 2 scratches in the center of the table. J&K sent a “repair” person to our home to fix it. The repair person left us with a MORE damaged table—the finish in the area repaired is completely different from the rest of the table, and there are now 2 lacquer bubbles on the finish (the repair person said this would go away as the finish dried; it did not. We contacted J&K, who passed us off from one department to another, and argued with us over the issue over and over again. The table was delivered in June, no resolution yet. They offered us J&K store credit, but we do not want to continue to do business with this store. Its been very stressful.

I needed furniture for a home I’m building and stppped into the J & K Furnishings store in Myrtle Beach by the mall. Being new to the area, I had gone to a few other stores without any success. I worked with one of their interior designers, Elizabeth, and chose some exquisite pieces with her help. She even came out in a monsoon rainstorm to my muddy build site to view the rooms and get a feel for what was needed. I just placed the order so cannot comment on timeframe of when my pieces will come in or delivery. However..can highly recommend Elizabeth for your decorating needs!

I had already placed an order through a very well known mattress company with a very specific promise (made and reconfirmed) delivery date. Three days prior to arrival I received a call advising me my guaranteed delivery date would be another 5 weeks!. I then turned to the internet and discovered that a company I had previously done business with, J and K Home Furniture also sold mattresses. They sell the exact one I had previously ordered from the company who let me down. I got on the chat feature with a wonderful gentleman named Brian who not only had the exact mattress but it was 200.00 less and there was also much to my joy a promotion to receive a 300.00 gift card for a future purchase!
Brian called the mattress manufacturer rep and I will be getting my new mattress well before my delayed mattress was going to arrive. The service I have received has been exceptional. I will in the future recommend J and K to anyone shopping for furniture and even MATTRESSES!

The store is great, (Little River), customer service is terrible. Instead of saying "How can I help" or "Let me see what I can do" we got a barrage of excuses. We were waiting for "My dog ate my homework" since this excuse would have been more appropriate.
After 10 plus years of purchasing furniture at J&K, we bid farewell and lots of luck, we have moved on and very happy we did.

I visited the Murrells Inlet store. I was assisted by Brent Dawson on the purchase of a mattress and an adjustable bed frame. I was also assisted by Janice Elmer on a possible purchase. They are both very friendly and knowledgeable in their products. I was also impressed by them calling me by name upon entering the store 2 weeks later. They are both assets to the company.

The service was excellent, from the design consultant to the delivery personnel. I would choose J&K Home Furnishings again!

I'm very happy with the bed and 3-drawer chests I purchased. Great style! Just what I was looking for.

I also bought a sectional sofa. This was damaged in delivery but I am satisfied with the repair. The sofa quality overall is just fair. We've had to put some plywood under the chaise seat as it sinks toward the floor without add'l reiforcement.

My experience at J&K Home Furnishings was great! From my initial
phone call for information to my visit Haily and Madisen were friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. I tried the mattresses I was interested in over and over. Madison explained in detail the benefits and construction of each mattress. She also allowed time for me to get comfortable on each to determine the best mattress for me! It was a pleasure doing business with J & K Home Furnishings.

Great price for beautiful bedroom set. Delivery was excellent as well; the kind gentlemen moved furniture around at my request to ensure the best look for the room.

While I think I am a person who loves humor, I found the message that was sent to me anything but funny.
The message was to take a picture of the mattress tag. She stated the one if you remove could be against the law.:)lol. Send picture of tag to get a free replacement mattress.
I stripped my bed and processed to look for said tag but faintly remember removing it a year ago and felt I didn’t do it illegally. So no tag found I drove to a mattress store here in MB and took a photo of tag. It read;
It is unlawful to remove this tag , however it may be removed by the consumer. (That’s why I removed mine last year.)
So I called your young lady in customer service and was quit upset. After all of the inconvenience she had put me thru, she admitted it was not necessary because she was kidding/ joking about the tag. Didn’t I get it?
I told her she said nothing about not worrying If tag was not found. And that with or without tag I would get a new mattress.
Long story short, I suggested if you the furniture store need to have a certain bar code or batch number to identify something for a manufacturer that you might want to write down numbers or codes on sales receipt, so you have it for them in the future.
Otherwise give full explanation of outcome for exchange, don’t just make light of jail or the law.
Hope you can understand how I felt and that I took the info given seriously.

Mr. Brian Smith, was very friendly knowledgeable and caring. Whenever I called Mr. Smith he Would answer my questions politely. The delivery guys were very nice. I am very happy with the furniture, and I thank everyone in the store the help me.

Great experience with a local company. J&K Home Furnishings in Little River, SC did an excellent job. We purchased a new bed from this company and the experience could not have been better. From the initial visit to the showroom; discussion with the salesperson; ordering the bed; delivery and set up and removal off the old bed were handled in the most professional and courteous manner. They fully deserve five stars and I would not hesitate to do business with them again.

Very happy with our purchase of sectional sofa. Also happy with laura our sales person. Delivery staff was professional and friendly. Order came sooner than was expected. Would not hesitate to do business with this store again
