Quality furniture and mattress. Great customer service and super quick delivery along with reasonable prices. Can’t ask for more. This will be our go to store.

We used one of the "in house"'designers, Karen, at the Little River location. She made great suggestions and listened to our needs and concerns. She carefully measured to make sure the sectional sofa we ordered would fit through all of the doors it would pass through. We love the updated look of our new family room.

We furnished our whole home, seven rooms, through J&K Furnishings. We moved down to South Carolina from New Hampshire. A lot of initial contact was done through phone calls and emails with your two designers, Michael and Marianna, both of them were fabulous to deal with. We visited the furniture store to chose our furnishings. The designers pulled vision boards together for us, so we could see how everything would work together. (Materials, styles and wood colors all the way down to the nail heads on the different furniture). We felt very taken care of and special . The input from your designers helped our house become our dream home. I love all the furniture that we picked out. Everything was custom. Everything pulled together beautifully. Absolutely thankful for everything and everyone, including the guys that moved all the furniture in that day. They worked so hard. So polite and courteous. Thank you again.

The delivery was OUTSTANDING!!! The two men that delivered were pleasant, neat and answered all my questions as they were setting up the furniture. They made sure that I was pleased with the placement of every piece and satisfied with the delivery before they left. They were first class!!

The salesman was amazing and helped me choose a fabric and style of the chair I came in to purchase. He helped keep it in my budget and made me feel at home as if I was his mother. He took fantastic care of me. Chris Tammearu was the best!!!!

They sold me display model, when told I would be receiving new furntiure, very deceiving, BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!!!

The customer service at this store is amazing! I had an issue with my order and Jenson couldn’t have worked any harder than he did -to make sure it turned out right for me! I am so grateful to him for going out of his way to make this right for me! I am a customer for life here!

I wrote a review On Jan 9. Not a really good one. Since then I would like to revise my review. The manager Chris reached out to me and issue was solved . The customer service is excellent. I will definitely buy from them in the future.

We have purchased much of our furniture from J&K over the past five years and love the store. However, the lead time on getting it is ridiculous and the after sale support is just as bad. We had the filling on our $6,000 couch go almost flat, causing a bar to push into your back when ever you sit in it. It's now been two months and all I keep getting from J&K is "we are waiting for the fiberfill from the manufacture"... What?? You can get this stuff in any fabric store and more than likely of better quality! This is NOT good customer service and it's also BS!! J&K has lost my business.

Lead times are horrendous. If you need furniture within a reasonable timeframe go somewhere else. Promised delivery dates have been pushed out several times. We feel that the excuses at this point are scripted. Disappointed at the lack of transparency. Should be better for my net spent.

I was mislead in my purchase of an over six thousand dollar Hudson media cabinet. When I was in the store looking for the “one”, I was informed that it would be 10 to 14 months before it would arrive. I didn’t have an issue with that thinking I found what I have been in search of. I was then informed after the salesperson, Laura, spoke to the manager of the J&K Home Furnishings in Little River that this unit was preordered and would be arriving within 3 to 4 weeks from the manufacturer and not destined for anyone in particular, I was ecstatic with the news and also purchased a couple of rugs, 2 chairside tables and an ottoman to complete my great room at a total of over 11 thousand dollars. When she gave me my paperwork, I questioned the word “Stock” on it and was told it was listed as such because the unit was destined to a store for display. A couple of weeks has gone by and I received a call from Laura stating that she didn’t charge me correctly for one of the rugs and if I was still interested in it I would have to pay another $800.00 for it, I cancelled that particular rug instead. A few more days passed and I received a call to schedule the media cabinet delivery. Only after both sections were in my home did I start to see red flags about the unit. The remote that runs the 4 LED lights had a dead battery, I just happened to have one to replace it to make sure the lights worked. When the delivery people left I noticed how dusty and grungy the unit actually was, this did not just come from the manufacturer but was in a showroom for at least 6-12 months judging from the amount of dirt that was on it. I would have NEVER purchased this unit knowing what I do now. What I received is what I would have expected if I went to a second hand furniture store and not what I was told I would be receiving. This was my second large purchase from J&K. I didn’t have any issues with the dining room set from another one of their stores.
